I'm going to leave an honest complete review of this location. I had my vehicle serviced at this…read morelocation after getting in an accident. The estimate stated that the repair should take five day. Well it did not, and was not within a reasonable time after either. The main issue with this location is their communication with their customers, and their customer service as a whole. I never was called about updates that resulted in the service time being extended. For example on when they ordered wrong parts three different times. When I called the common answer was leave me your phone number and we will call you back. I did every time of course, but never received any call backs. I understand that auto body repairs take time to complete, but that is still not an excuse to ignore customers. This shop also needs practice in punctuality, because when the pickup time was set, I was delayed three times in one day. The work that was performed was decent work, I say only decent because there was a lot of orange peel, I understand that there is a warranty, but not only does it anger customers to have to come back for a service that should have been completed the first time around. It also is bad for business. The last thing I have to say about this location, is that if you are going to use a debit/credit card be prepared for a 3.5% charge that isn't even documented on the final receipt. When you ask for a receipt it should have all the information you were charged for. Since the charge did not make it onto the receipt the only thing that I can assume is that someone is pocketing extra money that is not making it to documentation. In conclusion I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone, but If you do not have a choice at least after reading this you can be well prepared. P.S. Do not be fooled by their lifetime warranty signs, and geico express signs because those are false advertisement.

I have never met an owner/manager so incompetent! This man has no clue what he is doing or the…read morestatus of your vehicle, every time he would give the same answer "we are waiting on parts." Five weeks later still "ordering and waiting on parts!" Mind you my car was a fender bender. It wasn't until I had to call or go to the shop daily that he actually started working on my vehicle! Beware look the other way save yourself a headache.
