Horrible experience. I called and set up an appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned and my air…read moreducts . Guys show up and before looking at anything he tries to start telling me I probably have mold and it's going to very expensive. That should have been my first red flag. Like dating. When you see a red flag walk away. There are more coming. He starts cleaning and says I'm lucky no mold . They knocked over stuff in my daughters room and really not really having any respect for your home or belongings. I had to clean every room after them. They start packing up and I ask when did they do the dryer vent. He says it's my fault for not mentioning it and they don't have time to do it because they need to get to another job. I say fine can you come back on the 19th. He says no problem and writes may 19th on my invoice . I wait around all day yesterday and he texts me that they went to another job and now they won't make it back to town to do my dryer vent. No point in having an 8:30 am appointment moving your schedule around just to be blown off. I get a text at the end of the day saying they will come Friday the 20th . Again wait all day and at 3pm after adjusting my schedule again I get a text that says they aren't coming because they won't make any money doing a dryer vent. They was supposed to do it on the initial visit , dropped the reschedule, and then dropped the second reschedule without a care in the world. 3 days wasted and still have to find someone to do the dryer vent. They are going to upsell you and do air ducts for 2 minutes a register , collect 400 bucks and leave. I feel totally disrespected and ripped off . Attached picture of the invoice he wrote my second appointment on for proof . Beware ! I would give zero stars but it won't let me. These guys like to brag about being veterans but as a veteran they make all veterans look bad. Veterans keep their word and are reliable and definitely don't put the blame on the customer for their multiple mistakes.
