I feel the need to place a retraction on my previous review. Shortly after I placed my review the manager Nick contacted me and apologized for the issues that I had occurred at the shop. After talking things out I went back today as we had scheduled and he had met up with me and was very polite and professional. They took my car in and was able to see the issue that I had told them I was having and realized that the issue had not been repaired. Regardless I have a new eye and believe in chances so I would give them another chance and recommend them as well. read more

I have gone here both times I have gotten a nail in my tire to get it patched up. They do patches, plugs, and many other things tire related. I have never had a problem with their service. Everyone is friendly and they get the job done quickly. They are open 24/7 which I find is very convenient. Luckily I haven't had a late night tire emergency, but at least I know there is somewhere I could go if need be. They have started charging 2.00 extra during late night hours which is understandable because only two workers are on site during that time. Just so you know it costs It costs 10.59 to patch up a tire. Considering how much my insane dealer wanted to charge, I'd say that is 100% reasonable. read more

The best people, service, and price. I had to get a tire recently and called right at 8am. They ordered it and it was ready for me to head there and get installed within the hour. The kind lady in the office greeted me at my car and took me inside and I paid. As soon as I went back outside to wait the gentleman prompted me that he was finished! I was there for less than 15 minutes and they are open 24/7 for patching and plugging in case that's an option! read more

Terrible!! Quoted me a price on the phone. I go in...a higher price. I say whatever, and agree. Come back when my car is done to pay...asked for an even HIGHER price! Wtf?! They also made me pay in cash (had to run around since my car was held hostage for an ATM) in the damn Florida heat. What shady car place only takes cash? HORRIBLE experience. I went there yesterday to get a tire checked and they plugged a hole for a decent price and then I asked how much it would be for an oil change full synthetic and they gave me a great price so I had them do it. The Lady behind the counter could not have been nicer and the man who helped me was very nice also. Very respectful and professional. I will definitely be going back there. I showed up there Thanksgiving Day with a big nail in my tire and they were open. Very friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. They also found an additional nail I hadn't noticed and pulled it before it did any damage. Definitely a business worth supporting. read more

I would never recommend anybody here, I would give no stars if I could, I don't know why exactly but my wife had a flat earlier and came to this store, she was told they could change one of our tires no problem, she got there and the guy asked what did she want, she said she had a flat and that she wanted to change it, he looked at her and said you don't have no flat, what do you want rudely. He then said he was joking and that he'll be right back, when he comes back he says he don't know if he's able too or how long it will take or anything, she then asked to speak with the guy that she spoke to over the phone, he then comes over and asked what does she want again, she told him she wanted a tire change and then he looks at her and rudely said no can't do it, my wife then tried to drive to the nearest tire place and had to jump on the highway, then the tire blew and she almost got hit by an on coming oil truck, I do not appreciate this at all, very unprofessional to do what they did, i'd never go here again or recommend anybody too either, literally right before she got there a man just got his tire changed with no problem and left, it really disgust me to think people can be this unprofessional. They also said 45$ and then tried to change the price when she got there to 133$, this is unacceptable read more

I needed a tire swap to another rim so I went to this place thinking since last time I had good experience it will go good again well I was wrong I get there I wait almost 1 hour gave the man my tires he came back to me stating that the tire I am trying to replace the old one with was worth so I said okay he has already put the other Tire on the rim so I politely asked him just go ahead and take the tire off the rim I will go somewhere tomorrow if I buy a new tire at this time I already gave him $5 tip for his time even mentioned he did not balance the tire yet he came back to me after removing tire off the rim and said you owe me 7 more dollars I said for what he said since I mounted the tire on the rim but not balanced it I have to charge you $12 so here I am leaving the tire shop with a car rim with no tire and he made $25 for nothing I will make sure I will contact whoever I have to contact about the situation it is very dishonest charging $12 for nothing the man said to me I do not get any of this money is why I usually go to Doug's used tires on 22nd Street in Tampa he is very honest and will not tell you something just to get your money thanks a lot Eagle tires you just lost a customer and possibly more in the future great job read more

Worse service and no professionalism at all. I went in to get my car cleaned they were having problems with the pressure washer, the cash register. What was supposed to take 15-20 mins took an hour. The guy washed my car without pre-rinsing it so he was just grinding the dirt into the black paint with the sponge, he finally got the pressure washer working and tried to finish the job. I went to pay and the lady had issue with the computer freezing up so that took more time. I left and stopped somewhere and got out and looked at my car and the rims were still really dirty! Some parts of the car also still had some built up dirt! I went back to complain and the lady in side and the older guy outside were extremely rude like I was complaining about nothing they I tried get my money back they said they do not give money back and could wash it again which I passed on because I didn't want the same person washing it. They said they would contact me and send a mobile guy to my work place. I haven't heard from them and I even called to see what was going on with that. I talked to the "manager" Keith he wasn't helpful sine he wouldn't get off a his phone call to deal with a business matter but instead said the cashier would assist me then walked away. I don't recommend this establishment to anyone for anything they do terrible work and they are overpriced. If you need tires go down the road on the left there are two other tire shops with way better prices! This was all over $16.01 which could have easily been refunded and we could have avoided all of this bad publicity but that's what happens when you get a bunch of people together that don't know how to run a business. I will be sure and post in my place of work for people never to use them also every possible review site there is on the internet with pictures of the so called car wash. read more

This is honestly the only place I trust - they never try to upsell you or try to get extra money out of you. During a tire emergency that is very very much appreciated. Thanks to Tires Plus for stripping one of my lug nuts on Saturday and not mentioning a single word to me. Now I sit at Eagle Tires in the late evening hours and no one can get the lug off of the wheel. Although I wasn't able to repair my tire this evening, I had the absolute best service with very kind and professional staff. I simply can not recommend this place anymore after their third strike. First strike, went in for a 4 wheel balance and had to go someplace else within a week. Other mechanic told me their machine must be old. Second strike was a simple rotation only, weights on the rear tires were mounted inside the rim and started rubbing on the brake caliper. I had go back immediately not once, twice, once for each side. You would think after fixing one side, the tech would naturally check the other but not this place. The third strike was just a patch job, which was done just fine except the tech took the weight off the tire. I didn't notice till I got on the interstate. It made so much noise, I thought parts were falling off the car. Why did the tech take the weights off? Maybe he was hoping I would come back and spend more money? Have my tire balanced on their old, worn out machine? No thank you. These guys are too incompetent to do tires. I wouldn't let them clean my windshield. I'm never going back here. read more

Wow. What a bummer. This place has completely changed in the past year. I've probably sent 10-15 people here with high recommendations over the past few years, but unfortunately that's over. For starters, I went there in a rush a few weeks ago for new tires, paid for 4 new tires and like an idiot I didn't check them. Blind trust I guess since I used to love this place so much. Somehow I now only have 2 new tires and 2 beyond old ones on my car. in between by realizing this, I took a buddy of mine here for a patch/plug. This place used to charge $3-$10 for these. Now, somehow the price almost doubled. But regardless, the guy said his tire was beyond plugging, and he'd have to get a new one but he didn't have a new one in stock so he'd have to come back the next day. The guy said he'd put his donut on for him. After being almost complete with the donut, he told him it would be $10. We were actually discussing throwing the guy a $10 tip anyways for being a nice guy and putting the donut on for us. Especially considering we're both more than capable of putting a donut on a car. We made a joke asking if the $10 could be used towards the new tire purchase the next day and the guy flipped out. "Ya'll coming in here at midnight and now ya'll want a discount too!?" Mind you, this place is 24 hours. Long story short, he literally took the donut off the car, put it back in my friends trunk and put the old damaged tire back on and told us to change it ourselves. Lol completely unprofessional. Not sure if Eagle changed hands within the last year or not, but either way...bummer. read more
