Eagle installed a brand new transmission in our Suburban that completely failed after only 10,000 miles. They told me that it did not have transmission fluid in it but couldn't explain why that would happen so prematurely and offered no help to correct the problem. I would not recommend this place at all. I showed up because I went to my family mechanic who told me that I needed my rear differential replaced after it had been rumbling when I drive and got worse in 4WD. The guy who did my intake was very pleasant, but when I told him it was the diff, he said he would set me up with a suspension test. I was a little confused as I just told him another mechanic already diagnosed, but does not fix differentials. But I let him continue as I thought maybe they just want to rule everything out. The next day, I received no phone calls until they were closing (which is fine) but there was a different employee on the phone who told me he's been trying to contact me all day and seemed very upset with me. I let him know I have not received any contact from them. He said well maybe the number is wrong (even though I received a text from them when I dropped it off to confirm the number was correct... and HE CALLED ME to tell me this). At this point he tells me they will get to my car tomorrow. The next day, he calls me again and tells me that they need to replace all of my breaks and complete all of the services that come with doing that. So this was going to be a pretty hefty bill. I told him "well I don't think that it's my breaks I just had them replaced". He told me it is 100% the breaks making the noise. I asked him "when I dropped it off I told the front desk it was my diff... did you confirm that isn't the issue?" He said "no I didn't check it, because that's not what's wrong with it!" At this point I was very irritated because I am a younger woman, and I was already nervous about them trying to charge me for extra services. So I told him "well I'm going to need to get back to you on that because my dad is the one who replaced them. So I will need to double check what has already been done before I approve the work and price". At this point he loses it with me and said "alright well if you're not going to approve the work then tell your DAD that you need to tow this car out of here because it's not safe to drive" and hung up on me. I was absolutely baffled with the service here. By the way, I drove my car in, and therefore drove my car out, of the shop perfectly fine. I went to another mechanic and it was, in fact, my rear diff and my breaks were fine :) so thank you for nothing. When I brought my brother in with me to pick the car up, they said nothing to me and gave me the keys. I said thank you and asked if my car was parked in the front or back, and they said "well I don't know go look for it". So we had to walk around their lot to find where my car was at. Terrible customer service. This happened about a year ago and they still send me messages asking if I want services done with them. Be very careful if you decide to use Eagle Transmission in Parker CO. I took my truck to Eagle Transmission to have the transmission repaired. The first time my truck sat in their parking lot for over a month before they completed the work, we picked up the truck after Eagle Transmission said they repaired the transmission on our truck. When we picked up the truck it the transmission was not repaired, so we called back Eagle Transmission and they said to bring it back in to be repaired keep in mind Aaron did take my money for work that was not completed properly. Again the truck sat in the parking lot for over a month in the same spot we had parked it in when we dropped it off . This time I called back frustrated because my truck sat there in which it appeared to be neglected without the repairs completed. When I tried to see what the problem was, Aaron turned on me and said the truck would be complete, but I was personally not allowed to call them again or he would call the cops on me. At the same time I had never received the receipt from Eagle Transmission and said he would not honor the warranty on the truck after he took our money. The work was never completed properly, he took over $5,000 dollars from us and voided the warranty for his work. I finally had to call Parker Police to help me get the receipt for the work that was done on the truck. I did get the receipt, but the owner filed a no trespassing charge against me with the police officer that I had accompany me to get my receipt. Keep in mind I am a 64 year old woman what could I possibly do to him. My friend who took the truck to Aaron at Eagle Transmission wrote a bad review and Aaron immediately called back Chris and started harassing him for it. read more

This place is a joke! took my car in because it was making a rattling noise they said it was a coollent leek I paid to get it fixed and somthing they did screwed the dash display as well as the head lights, took it back for them to fix it because it was still rattling. Warning! If you call them to question them about their wrongdoing they will say they are recording you and have the staff trained to say you're being rude. The guy who owns the place is RUDE! They don't give you a chance to explain what is going on before they shout you're being rude and will hang up. If you call enough they will call the police saying you are harassing them! The manager the person who owns the place is rude he will hang up on you and claim you are being rude to him. We had gotten a used engine for $4,900 we were told that it was gonna last us forever. We were consistent on all oil changes and we even complained that the engine was leaking oil but they claimed no everything is ok we don't see anything wrong and gave us one oil change for free. We went back in October to get a oil change advised it is leaking oil the manager told us the engine had 6 months and that because we went over mileage one time it had caused the engine to fail and I've owned other cars and haven't always went right at 3000 miles and my car was fine. The manager offered a free engine with $1500 labor costs because they only give you a 6 month warranty on the car not even a year! I'm sure that's because they know the engines are not gonna last. Again we were very consistent with oil changes but one time didn't go right at 3000 miles. The engine failed at 8 months per manager they go through a 3rd party for their parts so who knows if it's even legit. I called frustrated cause the car died out 4 days after I got my oil changed. He stated I was being rude and I wasn't then said I've let you talk now let me talk no customer sympathy no good customer service very rude this place is a rip off! Do not go here cause you will tell yourself I should have listened to the reviews. This place does not care about their customers. During the oil change the manager was very rude he said all I can do if offer you another engine you pay $1500 in labor. And because he felt I was rude he said I'm no linger offering that deal. he claims to own the business and he isn't a good person at all. Go elsewhere for service you will be disappointed going to this place to get repairs. Don't trust them they are crooks and are in it for the money. I hope they don't make another penny in this business!!! Look at all the bad reviews each customer experienced the same treatment that is how they get out of having to do what is right. I paid Eagle for a used engine and they boasted a 10k mi, 90 day warranty. They took almost half the cost upfront and then kept me in the dark and got really annoyed when I'd try to get updates. I went with them because of their turn around time being quick enough for needing our car back for hospital stays. They went way over that and didn't even have the part ordered by the time their time estimate came and went. Issues were apparent soon after picking my car up... engine started making crazy grinding noises and smells like never before. We're talking 46 miles between the engine swap Odo out and the next Odo in before it was back in their scheisty shop with engine problems. Eagle kept treating us like we were insane and getting rude, so we stopped using that vehicle for awhile and went to another shop for drivetrain work (shout out Absolute Automotive I can't recommend them enough for saving us from Eagle Transmission trash baggery!!!). Absolute remembered I mentioned paying to have a used engine swapped in and they told me I needed to take it back to where I had it done to have them check it out while it was still under warranty ASAP. They expressed concerns about some of the noises giving us concerns that Eagle dismissed, but they didn't want to void our warranty by investigating. We took it back to Eagle and gave them as much information as possible. They diagnosed our concerns as "power steering" when we gave them clear instructions on how to replicate rattling and knocking from the engine. These two noises should not be confused for one another. I called and tried to talk to Aaron because we'd had terrible experiences with Mike getting nasty with us previously. In fact, you can expect Mike's fake friendly demeanor to leave once he's charged you for something. The plan was to be honest w Aaron about what was going on and put him in contact with the other shop for better communication.... Instead, Mike got completely unhinged and began verbally abusing me. He refused to pass me to Aaron and proceeded to yell at me and berate me for 5 minutes. When I finally got worn down from being goaded and screamed at, I expressed some details about what the other shop said, that "this was starting to feel fishy" and expressed concerns about running out time on the warranty. Mike then screamed "OH SO HOW ABOUT YOU TALK TO AARON!!!"....... "That'd be great! That was all I asked for in the first place!" After a while being screamed at by Mike and him getting belligerent at me, I was finally transferred over. Aaron then told me not to be rude to his staff after Mike had just goaded and screamed at me for as long as possible when I simply asked to talk to Aaron so I didn't have to deal with Mike's psychosis, lol. "... Or we aren't going to help you." They hadn't been helping me at all, and at that point it felt so incredibly shady that it felt like my car was being held hostage- I just wanted it back without further damage from them and didn't contest Aaron. Their replies to my reviews on another platform (which they manicure and remove honest reviews) claims I screamed at them when I was incredibly weak from getting sick and had little voice when this interaction occurred.... they felt the need to tell me they record phonecalls and it was so nice of them to let me know that piece of subpoenable evidence existed. Mike got that bad. When I asked for more information about what they were asserting the engine noises were, Mike immediately deleted the information and video they put on Tekmetric prior to screaming at me. I had already saved the notes and sent them to other shops advising me. My fiance retrieved the car the final time on the assumption Mike is a coward and wouldn't scream at a muscular man the way he did with me. We were right- although he was incredibly aggressive, sarcastic, and raised his voice; he was a little more subtle about trying to provoke conflict and did not scream at him. Since Eagle Transmission would no longer cooperate with us even under a warranty, let alone treat us like people, the other shop investigated my vehicle and found a number of botched areas that show their installation was done improperly. I added just over 1,000 miles on this engine since spending $2.9k for a bum engine + $300 for another part their swap killed and they should have covered. The vehicle was never operable again and consistently overheated after 25 minutes of operation. It blew parts off my radiator 3 times. I got my money back thanks to my cc company and the evidence the other shop provided me. Highly recommend going a similar route or small claims if you are the victim of this scam business. Wish I could give this a negative review in stars but unfortunately I had to choose one to leave a review This business is a scam, I looked high and low for a mechanic shop to work on an older car was pointed in this direction to get the work done. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! They claimed to have changed almost every thing in the car, "new engine", pretty much new everything Walked out the door after it sat in their shop for 6 months after weekly calls to feed me bs about when I'd get the car back and how the parts where holding them back from doing the work 6 months later almost 6k and out the door. Not even on the road for 3 months until my car broke down and needed to be worked on again, they've changed the same components on my car more then 3 times, kept claiming everything that was put on the car was new. I've tried to direct them multiple times in what is wrong with my car and they ignored me, Mike would give me run around and Aaron acted like I was the issue even though they fucked my car up. I took my car in for a simple oil leak and walked out with paying for a full engine swap, amongst other things and with a tab of 6k. Car was in the shop longer then it's been in the road, made me pay for parts that didn't need to be replaced, and also pay for more parts that got ruined due to the shotty job their "head mechanic" did on my car. The last time it was in the shop they had done work in the car without consent, gave me a run around for a month and a half saying everyone caught the flu or was out on vaycay which is why they hadn't gotten to my car. I eventually picked my car up after they said they fixed the issue, Didn't get but a mile away from the shop and it took a crao on me, they kept saying the fixed the issue which they DID NOT! Again got it towed back to the shop, couldn't find and issue had me come pick up the car again. Had another mechanic look at the car and found nails shoved into the hoses, shit electrical work, half the parts I was charged full price for NEVER BEEN CHANGED! Battery cables had wires exposed and was told it was fine, thought I had to replaced my control module 4 times and battery twice, Mechanic that has the car now has checked all the work they said they have done and has confirmed that over 80 percent of the work they had me pay for and claimed they had done WAS NOT DONE, and this place scammed me for over 9 THOUSAND DOLLARS! This place will take your money and continue to leave you with a messed up car. Car is up and running finally over minor things they said they replaced which they had not. Stay away from this shop at all costs! I took my car in because it would only shift into 2nd gear under light throttle. I regret not checking Yelp reviews before taking it to them. I will admit that I told them I was in no hurry as it is not my daily driver but 4 months is nuts especially when I got it back not only was it not fixed but they put the shift linkage on wrong so I had no reverse and only first and second gear. I asked them to correct it and they refused so I had to drive it home in second gear. To sum it up I paid $450 for terrible service including messing my car up and making it worse than it was when I brought it in. One of the worst shops ever. The first mistake I made was deviating from taking my 740li to the dealership as I have done all the years I have owned her. I have never had any issues with the vehicle until the mechanics at Eagle touched my car. I brought my car in for a drivetrain malfunction, I was recommended by one of the technicians at BMW because the quote I got to remedy the issue was a little shy of 8k and was looking for a cheaper alternative. The quote I got for the work with Eagle was about 3k a lot more palatable than the quote from BMW. I signed off on the work and was assured the work would be done in about 4 days. I received a phone call that they were still waiting on a part and would be a minor delay. I had a family emergency so the delay wasn't much of an issue. Over a week past and still no update on the status of my vehicle, finally I called and was told it would be done before noon that day. I arrived around 1 to pick up my car only to wait until 4:30 while they were " finishing up" by almost 5 I was fed up and had to pick up my son from wrestling practice. I was offered a rental car that they would reimburse me for but I did not have the time to go to Hertz and get the car and get my son clear across town during rush hour. They somehow were finished just as I was about to raise hell. The vehicle drove the same as before I brought it in no major changes including the drivetrain malfunction I brought it in for. I drove my vehicle for less than a month before having major issues. My car lost all power while driving home and idled extremely rough. I called BMW to get the first available appointment. BMW advised me that nearly all of the so called work they had done was done incorrectly causing more mechanical damage. Now the bill was higher than before and I had already paid these bozos to screw up everything possible on my car. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this shop as being honest, nor recommending unnecessary repairs. Eagle Transmission advertises on their webpage that: "Our goal is to provide top notch service and fair pricing to each customer for each repair. If you are in need of transmission repair, service or rebuild. Call or come by. We offer free diagnostics and free towing. We also offer many general automotive services. For prompt freindly automotive service we are"The One to Trust". Eagle Transmission has been providing quality transmission and auto repair since 1983." My 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan STX, was taken in for a "Free" diagnostic, and after one week, this lazy shop had not even got around to it! After three more days, they got back to me with an estimate of $2700.00, for multiple repairs, but the car was running fine when it was dropped off to them, just leaking some fluid! (All my car really needed was a new battery and an Oil Pan gasket, according to another shop). The Eagle shop did not run the computer codes or put them into the estimate, or run a total either. Their estimate was just a line by line and simply stated "approve", or "decline". They had my car for three weeks and did nothing. No charge. Needless to say, I opted to "Decline", and drove my car home. I won't be going back. read more

Eagle Transmission and Auto Repair. Not happy at all with the extra costs that got thrown in. I asked for my steering pump back, (which is mine), and she said they would charge me an extra $43. dollars that they would have got for the core charge. In other words, they get credit for returning my part back in. They also added another $60. for an unknown fee charge, and when all was done, when I handed them my credit card to pay she said that there will be an additional 3% charge added on. So $34. dollars more just for using my credit card. No signs up at all. She tried to do a convincing job by turning it around with the math of it all, as if it was in my favor, like I didn't know what she was doing. She stated to another customer how she don't lie, but yet I caught her in 4 lies just to myself. Very dishonest, and was not necessary. She gave me a discount, but took off the original discount, and added more on, as a so called fee that was never ever discussed. What a shame, because I had more work to be done, and now I won't be back there again because of this. I don't like being sent a quote of actual numbers that I agreed on, and then get charged ridiculous extra costs. That's just how you lose business as the word gets out. What a shame! Please don't comment back giving me excuses or trying to back peddle. Not unless you're going to refund me these fees which you should do since "you're so honest". Was a little Leary about bringing my vehicle in just because transmission issues are always a night mare. The vehicle was driving erratically and I figured I'll check on how much it would cost to have the transmission serviced. Was expecting them to tell me I needed a rebuild or a whole new Transmission. I have an 05 Tundra that I just got as a project truck and wanted to show a bit of love and care. Started working on it myself to address some issues with a squeak and replace some parts that needed to be replaced. Once I did that, I was still squeaking and really wasn't sure what the issue was. Took it into Parker 4x4 and they held on to my truck for 10 days with the answer "It hasn't been on the lift yet, It will be ready tomorrow" After that, I refused their services and took it to Eagle. Found some things on the truck I (and the other 2 mechanics who looked at it) completely missed. A good bit of work and almost no time later, my truck runs great. This determination was made $.5 million after the vehicle was dropped off and never taken apart to be completely diagnosed as to what the problem is they ordered parts With Roland $2000 new transmission and transfer case and told me it would be over $4000 for repairs when the initial estimate was 1700 when confronted about it the owner manager whoever was going highly upset talk to me like I had a tail on me And told me he didn't need my business all by never even taking a vehicle apart to properly diagnose it. He also told me that he had never ordered the parts that I said he had told me about but I want coming back into the business to ask him about parking he was on the phone trying to get the guy to cancel the order and the worst of this. Left vehicle at Eagle Automotive for air conditioning issues and have a new fan belt installed. No complaint about the repair work other than it appears to be rather expensive especially what I read on line. The issue is Eagle was to leave the keys in my glove box and the doors unlocked since I was going to pick up my vehicle soon after their closing time. When I got to their shop to pick up my truck, it was locked up. When I got home, I called them and left a message that my truck was locked up with the only set of keys. I suggested that call a lock smith. The next day I talked to them and they said getting the keys out was no big deal. When I arrive at their shop, they had a tow company using an air bag to pry the door open enough to get a stiff wire into the cab and unlock the door. When the door was open, I went over to look at my truck and there were seven new dents that looked like someone tried to pry the door open with a heavy tool that left dents onto the roof. I did not take possession of the vehicle until that time and they said they would review their cameras to see who made the damage. The tow company breaking into the vehicle claimed they did not do the damage. Eagle Automotive also claims no liability. Eagle Automotive is the one who called the tow company and the truck was still in their possession and refuse to admit any liability. read more

I originally went here via Groupon for a roughly $10 tire rotation and 40 point inspection. During my 40 point inspection, they found an oil leak (showed me pictures and printed an official quote detailing the parts and labor costs) which I came back to have fixed the week prior. My car had been running odd so I was not surprised when there was one thing that needed to be fixed. I had a great experience! My car runs great now! Everyone was very super nice and professional and they made sure to call me with updates while my car was there and I was away. They have a waiting room with coffee tea tv and soda. I'm glad I went for the inspection and got on top of a leak problem before it became an engine problem! read more

This is the worst place I have EVER experienced!! The manager tells lie after lie to to make you believe that he and his staff know what they're doing. We had a car there for the total of 9 months out of a year. The manager kept saying that things would be done at a particular time and then 2 months later we'd have to call them back to see what was going on. The first transmission was done incorrectly and left my husband stranded 60 miles away from home. They said they put in a new transmission, but it turns out it was used. Then they put in an entirely different transmission to make up for the fact that the second was a piece of junk. We paid an extra $800-900 on top of the $5000 to have things done right and even the second transmission had problems. We had had enough so took it to a reputable garage down the street and found out that Eagle Transmission had put in the wrong seals and put transmission fluid in the differential. Who does that? They work specifically on transmissions and they do something like that?!! The "so-called" manager is extremely rude and spineless. He thinks he knows what customer service is, but he honestly doesn't have a clue. Unfortunately, I can't give a negative 5 for a rating. I'll just do my best to make sure that good people don't have to go to places like this. Mr. transmission near Target is the best place to go. They're honest people and do an excellent job! Please tell everyone you know so that places like Eagle Transmission can't get away with doing this kind of thing to other hard working people. read more

This place pulls you in with the free test. Then here's the kicker we couldn't find anything wrong from the free test but if you want to pay us $500.00 non refundable we will open you transmission up. Then you agree well it take the company a week or more to pull your vehicle inside for them to open transmission. Then you have to continue to call and call but get no answer about your vehicle. Which ticks you off and some like myself tell this company stop I want to pick up my car now your car drives worst dang I should have just not taken the dang thing in.
