Messages are from his girlfriend since he don't know how to communicate on his own behalf. Paid to have trees trimmed, paid upfront, he did some the first day good. BUT... then he didn't come back for over 3 weeks, and when he did he didn't clean any of the branches or brush away. Was suppose to return within a couple days and didn't show up for about a month still didn't clean anything. Very upset! Job never got fully finished. I was left with a huge mess. Now the city is fining me on the mess so on top of what we paid him we now have a fine. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We don't ever get a call back or any type of response from Matt the owner. Now there is more, I was told he would clean up the mess and give a refund come to find out NOPE he did come finally clean today but offered me a $1 refund. Not good! Then came back with he will pay the fine and that's all, Not good! I want the refund like I was offered to take down my negative posts and comment. I gave him permission to cut down a third tree because his lift was hung up on it. I gave him permission because he agreed to take down a tree for me to make up for cutting down good trees of mine. He also dug up dirt from my yard and buried logs from the neighbors trees on my property so his lift would sit level and he could access the neighbors trees more easily. Those logs are still buried in my yard now 5/5/2026 and my yard is still destroyed from him. He kept promising to come back and finish but now he is totally unresponsive. He won't respond to me or my neighbors calls or texts. It is hard to believe someone this rude can still be in business. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this guy.

For the last two days we had Strong and Sons Tree Removal at our house to take down a gigantic tree…read morein our yard, one of the biggest in our neighborhood. It looked like it could split and take our house down so it had to go. They came in and spent about 6 or 7 hours cutting from the top and going down being careful not to take down the big wooden fence down with it. they did an amazing job and when they were down you wouldn't have even known there used to be a giant tree there. They all worked all day in the heat without stopping and when the cleaned up the whole yard that was covered with branches and leaves, there was not even one leaf left anywhere in our huge yard! I have never seen people work so hard and long and make the yard look like it hadn't even been touched! They were great people and workers and so much fun to talk to. I am so happy we met them and had them work for us. If you need done with trees being taken down, you should hire the best so you don't have to worry.
