We ended up making a claim with State Farm (very difficult insurance company to work with btw) but assurance contractors really had our back and went out of their way to make sure we get the coverage we needed. The quote was a little confusing but Adrian went over all the details and made it easy to understand. We had some very bad weather causing delays in getting the roof work started but we were kept informed every step of the way. When we finally scheduled a day for the work to begin, the guys showed up early and explained what was going to happen and how they would protect our plants, etc. Because more rain was in the forecast, they sent 10-12 workers who completed the job in about 5 1/2 hours. Everything was cleaned up and picked up, the roof looks great including matching vents. We couldn't be happier about the communication and the work that was performed.
