Sticky ribs $9 for Happy hour
    Samantha K.

Amazing service and great food! Bryan was the best bartendar and they have reverse happy hour from 10pm - Close (Midnight). Sticky ribs did not disappoint for $9 Fries well seasoned $6 and petite steak frites for $16! This place is a must for quality, service, and price for those late weekday nights in Miami

So the day after my bestie's wedding I was hungover like I've never been hungover in my 20's someone in our friend group suggested we recover at Earls and I'm so so SO glad she did! Our server was Johnny, who was super knowledgeable about the Miami area and just a general delight to be around. I was in desperate need of electrolytes and he suggested this super yummy lemonade that I ordered TWICE just cause it was so good and refreshing. So, let's get into the food! I ordered the veggie burger for myself. Rest of the table got Birria tacos, fries, tuna poke bowls, breakfast burger, spicy Calabrian pasta. Everyone had varying degrees in terms of rating their food but on average, I'd say the whole experience was a 7.5/8 out of 10. Ahead are more details on how we rated our meals individually! Vegan burger: sis was STACKED. I recommend adding avocado and jalapeño but beware the burger WILL be larger than you expect. I was expecting it to be like beyond burger meat but I think they create their ish blend because the corn was very prominent overall very fresh and I rate it 8/10 Tuna poke bowl: it was one of our friend's first time trying a poke bowl btw! Of the two people who ordered this dish, the rating averaged out to a 7.75/10 This was a direct quote from the newbie: "it's solid and fresh but could use more mango" Breakfast burger: 7/10! good but didn't need mustard (a reminder to ask 'em to remove mustard) Spicy Calabrian pasta: 7/10 needed more garlic and salt, breadcrumbs were a nice touch Rotating sparking lemonade with mango 10/10: very refreshing and helped to resupply electrolytes Some of us ordered a Rum drink that Tay rated as a 9/10 "a nice pre game drink!" If you're ever in the dadeland area, make sure you take some time to say hi to Johnny and hit up this spot for some good eats!

Came for a work lunch! We were seated right away. The restaurant is beautiful and very spacious. They provide excellent service. I ordered the spicy pasta and it was delicious! Very filling as well. Will definitely return!

Had a lovely dinner experience at Earl's! Started off with the sticky Korean short ribs, and they were amazing! Probably the best thing I had all night. Such a strong start. For entrees, I ordered the spicy Calabrian pasta with chorizo and the truffle tortellini with grilled garlic jumbo shrimp. Both pastas were very good, but I have to give the edge to the spicy Calabrian pasta! Perfect amount of spice and flavor. Paired the food with the guava vodka crush cocktail, which was nice and refreshing. For dessert, I got the chocolate banana cream pie. The rich chocolate ganache was so warm and delicious. Our server was very attentive as well. Ambiance was incredible. Overall, a great experience, and I'll be sure to come back the next time I'm in Miami.

So, have a bit of mixed feelings about this spot. Perhaps I'd heard too many positive things so my expectations were a bit higher. Earls is located in a relatively new area, it's safe, walkable and has other shops and restaurants nearby. The inside had a great design. In fact, it was a game day and people were enjoying their food and drinks while cheering their team. It was full and felt good. However, I did feel the music was a little too loud and intense. Maybe other people would like that, but it wasn't for me. My rating reflects mostly the food. It wasn't amazing and it wasn't awful. I enjoyed the oysters and it had a good yuzu sauce. The dumplings had a good flavor but felt a little too sauced and not the healthiest. The guac was meh. And I didn't love the fish taco... not even sure how it felt so bland. Sooo maybe I'd come back on an invite, but probably wouldn't pitch this as a first choice. Prices seemed expensive if you're ordering the main standard menu vs happy hour. For me, I didn't feel the food earned the cost, but I suppose there are other elements at play in (location, ambiance, variety, screens). Our sever was nice and efficient.

We went here for a late lunch after hanging out in the area. I hadn't realized how much this area had been built up recently, and it was so pretty! This was my third time eating at Earl's over the years, but my first time in this location in Miami World Center. The aesthetic of the restaurant was beautiful with both indoor and outdoor seating. Our server was very friendly, and he offered great suggestions. We started with the Charred Corn & Avocado dip which was excellent. Then my husband went with Earl's burger which he was impressed with. They don't have a kids' menu, so we ordered our child the American breakfast (brunch on the weekends until 4!) which was a good portion. We were able to change the eggs to scrambled. She loved the bacon (which I didn't try), and I tried the eggs and toast which were delicious. I ordered the Crispy Rice Sushi with ahi tuna. The sushi was beautiful presented and tasted great. It was slightly too crispy for my taste but otherwise great. Oh I forgo, I started with the Shaken Coconut Cold Brew which was also delicious, though a bit light on the coconut flavor. In all, we had a great experience and would definitely go back!

Earls Kitchen + Bar at Miami Worldcenter delivered an experience that perfectly blends upscale vibes with great food and service. I stopped by for happy hour and was immediately impressed by the ambiance. It has a sleek, modern, and upscale feel that I really enjoy when dining out. The atmosphere alone makes it a great spot for both casual outings and more elevated hangouts. For food, I ordered the Nashville chicken skewers, steak frites, and birria tacos, and everything came out flavorful and well prepared. Each dish had its own standout elements, from the bold seasoning on the skewers to the satisfying portion of the steak frites and the rich, savory taste of the birria tacos. It was the perfect combination for a happy hour meal. The staff was also very friendly and attentive, making sure everything was running smoothly throughout my visit. Their hospitality definitely added to the overall experience. Overall, Earls Kitchen + Bar is a great spot if you're looking for quality food, a stylish atmosphere, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back again.

Over Roasted Atlantic Salmon - Cajun Blackened
    Brandon R.

The food came out extremely quick - I'd say within 10 minutes - which was unexpected considering how filled with folks they were during a Sunday night playoff football game. I ordered the Oven Roasted Atlantic Salmon - Cajun Blackened. The salmon had a slight kick, but was more of a flavorful kick, rather than a "too spicy" kick. That said, it was truly delicious! As for the jasmine rice, it could have used a pinch of seasoning/flavor, but the seasoned microgreens somewhat made up for what the jasmine rice lacked from a flavor standpoint. As for a filling-meal, I'd say it would get you about 50% full on an empty stomach. It's somewhat of a lighter bite, so if you're looking for something that will leave you "content", rather than partially full/completely full, this is the meal for you. Last, I'd say the ambiance was really well decorated with lots of greenery and *very dim lights. The music was just a smidge on the louder end during my 7 pm visit, so if you're expecting to converse with a table-mate, keep that in mind.

Had such a great experience at Earl's at Miami Worldcenter. The atmosphere was lively without feeling chaotic, and everything we ordered was incredible. I had the truffle tortellini, which was rich, creamy, and somehow still light enough to make you want every last bite. My husband ordered the Korean bibimbap and was obsessed from the first bite. The flavors were bold, balanced, and beautifully presented. Service was attentive, the vibe felt polished but welcoming, and the whole night just clicked together perfectly. Definitely one of those places that makes dinner feel like an event instead of just a reservation.

    72.00 for pasta with steak.
    Adalberto T.

I live in the area and decided to try this restaurant on Mother's Day. The service, food, and ambiance were all very good. However, the pricing was far beyond reasonable. I was charged $75 for a single pasta dish with steak. Pricing plays a major role in a restaurant's long-term success, and unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed.

    Passion fruit chili margarita

Absolutely loved everything about this restaurant from the ambiance, to the food and drinks, and the service. Loved that the low lighting sets the mood and the tunes that were playing accommodated everyone in the room. Started off the night with a passion fruit chili margarita and it was amazing it had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. Ordered some truffle fries as a starter which were delicious. They had the right amount of truffle which didn't over power the flavor. For the star of the show went with the steak and tortellini and wowwww can't complain. Steak was perfectly cooked and tortellini had a great taste with the right amount of sauce and cheese. The waitress was also very attentive and helpful throughout the whole time. I definitely cannot wait to return.

Morning brunch - chilaquiles brunch bowl. As a little spice but not light and flavor which is the most importance part
    Tiffany H.

Bright start to the day ! Great service, even better flavor--this spot knows how to do brunch right. Fresh ingredients, bold taste, and those perfectly poached eggs hitting every note. And the mocktail? The perfect touch to ease into the morning and set the vibe. Good food, good energy, and a moment well spent.

Had an amazing experience at Earls Kitchen + Bar in downtown Miami. Great service, great atmosphere, and the perfect spot for a business meeting. The environment was professional but still relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to have conversations and enjoy our lunch. Everything from the food and drinks to the overall vibe was top-notch. Definitely will be back.

I think they fit Miami well, and are slight twists in classic drink options. Our bartender was awesome. She was super knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations as we decided what to order, and you can tell she really put effort into making sure the drinks were good. The drinks were really good! My only complaint is the price. Of course handcrafted cocktails are expensive, especially in Miami, but wow. The drinks were really small, and had so much ice that they ended up being not very many sips at all. They were definitely good, but the very small size for almost $20 a drink was kind of outrageous.

The bar was lit, poppin' and vibrant. We were waiting by the end of the counter where they checked out other patrons near the sitting area. We were overlooked many times... I locked eyes with one of the bartender and she completely looked away from me.. several times :( took about 15 minutes and we reached our arms out and flagged bartender Reilly. Her greeting and attention was genuine so I was happy to get her. Unfortunately, she got busy and we got the initial lady that ignored us. She was not kind, not attentive and didn't really want to help us - she was very fake. With that being said, we had to remind her of our drinks after 20 minutes of placing the order, in which she responded with an attitude "it's being made. We're busy" -_- -_- :( the attitude was not needed. We watched others that came in before us being served. :( I was completely annoyed and upset. She didn't even bring the drinks to us like the other bartenders were doing, she made us get it. Poor service from this one bartender while the others were happy and servicing their patrons. After our first drinks, I noticed she spoke to her colleague and he came over and asked if we wanted to close out.. . Wtf kicking us out? We said no and he opened a tab. When she noticed we were ordering more, she was a bit more attentive. So wrong. Luckily, the drinks were delicious. Perfect. We did end up coming back to the Lasseter and got a gentleman bartender that was so kind and attentive and made our drinks even better! The attention to detail and love he made in my drinks, so that is why I decided to make make this a 3 stars rather than two. He saved this place. The toilet sitting area is very warm, not very air conditioned properly so expect to be a little warm especially after a couple of sips. It's also the walkway to an actual big restrooms for the whole building. The drinks are VERY pricy but the setting is perfect and makes up for it. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. Disney priced drinks without the Disney customer service. Do I want to come back? Yes. Am I going to be picky with the vibes coming from the bartender and chose who to go to? Also yes. Hopefully, I can increase the rating.
