To me that's a yes! However there was one person working the front who seemed to be at her wits end and frantic so the customer service was absolutely terrible. I was literally told to leave and come back, like I had nothing else to do that day but work around their time‍. I think if it's that out of control there then it needs to be appointment only to solve the problem and then there wouldn't be any poor service. Sorry I can't say anything about the care quality because I didn't go back, I will be back to update that later because I do have to go get the X-ray done soon.
