Its in a good location, its well lit, staff are friendly once you find them!, the store is soo big you do not see any staff! The store reminds me of a warehouse!. All the brands are there, but its so poorly organized that you will be lucky to find anything you want, its like playing a lottery or like looking through a car boot sale for clothes!! you know there is something good there, but need to keep looking until you find it!. The price of goods is cheaper, but not that much cheaper, if i am honest there are better shopping experiences elsewhere and probably cheaper as well...

It's a pretty massive store with a wide selection of clothes for all occasions, as well as gifts, childrens toys, plenty of bed linen and towels. It even has shoes and trainers. Everything you'll find in here is at a discount, from 20% to 90%, you do have to be prepared to rummage around though, they can be very messy places and you tend to have to fight for clothes at a busy time or when there's sales. A lot of the stuff in here is last season or may have minor imperfections, you can get more money off stuff usually if you ask for it pointing out flaws, the prices in these shops are quite negotiable. If you have the time and patience to look around you can find some great bargains!

Although I live near Dartford town centre, I hardly go shopping there - I much prefer Bluewater or Bexleyheath. And after seeing this branch I think I am justified! It was dark, and dingy with lots of empty shelves and stock just piled over the floor. There was one till with one lady serving in-between what looked like a mess of paperwork and junk. I had a quick look around, but just the state of the place did not encourage me to buy anything. I give two stars because it did seem to have the basics. I won't be shopping here again though.

Not so keen on the clothing range, although I have had a couple of finds. I don't hold with their phrase half the fun is in finding it - shopping is fine, but if things aren't where they should be, I don't get any fun in searching the whole clothing range for it! This is a rather cramped TK Maxx store, but have found some particularly nice things here.

I find the toys and homeware good value and are easy look through. However, you do need a lot of time and patients to look through all the rails of clothes to find a good bargain on the mens, women and children clothes section. This store is situated over two floors and there is a lift at the back.
