From the moment we arrived, everything is always handled with care, professionalism, and a genuine love for animals. The booking process is always so simple and convenient. I appreciated how Mandy took the time to confirm the appointment and ask detailed questions about all the different needs, preferences, and any special requirements 2 of them are a very particular type of groom. Before moving to oakhurst I would only use one groomer I've had some very bad experiences. I've had nothing but the best experience with them. The facility itself is always spotless, well-organized, and had a calming vibe and the most happy doggies ever.. Mine can't wait to get out of the truck everytime we pull up Thank you love Bentley, Aspen, Callie & Rhea

We are so fortunate to have such wonderful groomers in town!…read more Our other groomer moved to Fresno and we didn't know where to go. Fresno is a bit of a drive for us. Fortunately we have some neighbors who have dogs as well. Sunflowers came highly recommended. Raving about how well both of their senior dogs are treated with so much love and affection. So we decided to give them a try. I didn't know how they were able to groom my little Pomeranian mix that screams if you look at her wrong let alone touch her. I was so happy the ladies there had zero problems when brushing and bathing her. Also, when we come to pick her up, she is always super relaxed and looks so cute in a scarf that matches the season we're in not to mention how great she smells :) Such a positive experience all around

A classic Australian Cattle Dog with a big ole loyal loving heart to his mum and ready to go at a moments notice to swim, hike, play, work in the yard, defend his home ground, alert to sounds, use his brain and rebound with brief breaks after hours of activity. Gail gently trained me and my pup to learn how to build self confidence, listen to each others needs, work through fears, quirks and stay tuned into each other so we could enjoy our lifetime together. We began our work after a test over night stay at her kennel that would of tried anyone's patience. My pup jumped two of her fences, chewed through many comfort toys and blankets, barked non stop through 2 citronella collars and was an anxious fearful mess when I picked him up. With Gail's vast knowledge base, patience, kind heart and gifted talent and experience, she built my pups esteem to a point where he could stay with her doggies during my out of town trips and get along with other doggies. He learned manners and boundaries with other dogs. We learned to listen to each other at all times in all circumstances or distractions and he kept his lovey, happy, joyful, stubborn, exuberant original personality and self in tact. MySham is a hidden gem in our neighborhood and well worth the time with Gail. Call her today - you and your pup will not regret the nuggets of wisdom - direct and subtle - that will help you really bond and enjoy every moment with your pup. No matter the size, breed, temperament or issue - Gail is the best.

Newly retired, we vowed to take each & every one in to the vet for full exams & pay for whatever was needed plus the spay of several young girls. Right away our first rescue & my beloved boy, Gus, got sick & we had to make an appt & we chose Animal Hospital of the Sierra. WOW!!! We are so impressed! The compassion, caring, cleanliness, professionalism & thoroughness was amazing. Since Gus was so dear to our hearts, we questioned nothing - even though they explained each & every single thing they suggested before doing. It seemed it would be a lot of money once he was all done & shipshape - which did NOT take Dr Rotz long to figure out - but no; their costs were incredibly reasonable for all that they did. We love this vet & will continue to give them our business as they are trustworthy & caring, which they again showed when we brought our Rosie in for exam & spay. Honestly can't say enough good things. We love them and ~ Dr Rotz answers email promptly & thoroughly. Makes you feel as if your pet is the only pet. Highly recommend!

Aynsley was crying all the way to the clinic, but stopped crying as soon as I stopped the car. It could be nerves but I'd like to think that he felt save in his environment. Aynsley is nearly 12-years of age but has only visited the vet half a dozen times. Generally, he's a very healthy kitty but the past several days we noticed he was walking hunched and didn't like to be picked up. For a 'once' stray kitty, Aynsley loves close connection with us - jumping on us whenever we sit down and jumps on the bed every night to sleep with us. Dr. Kevin Lazarcheff: The doctor has kind eyes and a pleasant demeanour. He has seen 3 of our kitties and even made a house call to help put our 20-year-old to rest. We trust Dr. Lazarcheff with all our four-pawed family members. Kevin said that my boy is very calm and sweet. He described my kitty as 'blond' Caitlyn E: Caitlyn, the doctor's assistant was gentle and kind to me and Aynsley. She understands what our four-legged children means to us. She weighed Aynsley, checked his heartrate and temperature without any problems. My kitty was so well-behaved. I'm a proud mom. Shannon B: Shannon checked us out with prescriptions for Aynsley. She didn't just give us the drugs. Shannon described what and how we should give the drugs to my boy. I am extremely grateful for the assistance we get from Dr. Lazarcheff and his staff. When I was concerned and reached out to them, Dr. Lazarcheff personally called me and helped put my mind at rest. Several days after Aynsley's visit, Caitlyn called to check on him. The office is clean and open. One of the patients, a little dog peed on the rug and the staff immediately wiped the mess up. It shows their attentiveness to their clients. Parking is easy.
