We had to have Roe out once to repair some small spots that ha chipped off. We called over a month ago, a month and 1/2 probably, because some additional issues with the coating have surfaced. I called, texted Amanda some pictures, heard nothing back. My husband called and texted, finally John reached out, came out and looked at the problem and said it would be about 1-2 weeks to get us on the schedule for the repair. That hasn't happened, my husband texted John again last week, and crickets!!
