Was happy with purchase. A couple of yrs ago. Pellet stove working well. Only thing...when they came to install the stove. They scratched and chipped our fire place. Used two people to lift it in. Then aftwrwards. Told and sold us a bracket to help slide the pellet stove in and out. Scratches are deep and are still present. Still dissappointing. Think they would have better ways of inserting pellet stove into a fire place. read more
