I did that silly thing where the food looks and smells SOOOO good, you inhale it before you take a picture. I shared with my bf (a tRAVESTY; i 100% regret losing those bites to him). But he agrees they were delicious! I had the taco trio which for $10 you get one of each of their tacos. My favorite was the pork belly taco followed by the tri tip and the alaskan cod. The pork belly was so tender and perfectly caramelized! The mango/peach salsa made my eyes roll back. The pickled onions gave the perfect acidic touch to the sweetness of the salsa and the savoriness of the pork belly. I loved that each taco was hefty. Each taco had a generous amount of toppings and sauces without overshadowing the protein. It makes you feel healthy while also indulging. It's truly well balanced. Each topping had a purpose. Getting a four out of five because the service was AWESOME and they were super accommodating and allergy-friendly, also very informed about ingredients in the food! We did get our order a little funky because they over-accommodated for an allergy, but definitely better safe than sorry and it was appreciated. My partner wasn't a huge fan of the Tri Tip, he said it reminded him more of Tex-Mex food and he didn't expect the flavor profile. He said his side of elote fries were pretty good. The cauliflower taco without dairy is pretty plain, the other tacos were accidentally dairy free, but weren't for me! I was told they were good, specifically the fish taco. The chips and salsa were good, it didn't seem like the mango salsa was fresh. I honestly think we weren't ordering the favorites, or maybe caught them on an off day. The fish tacos were incredible. The fish was cooked perfectly and was moist with a nice flavor. The fresh cut cherry tomatoes gave a perfect sweetness topped with there special sauce. I can say this is one of the best fish tacos in town. Keep in mind these are street taco size which I ordered 6 total tacos and 100% worth it. read more

They did it again! Try the BLAT burger with fries, bacon and cheese are my 2 favorite words and this was delicious.

Titled "Elote" fries, they were anything but. Frozen French fries with a season spinkle and kraft parm cheese. Covid19 review ... Easley Does It is still open for takeout. Woohoo! They JUST brought back their elotes which are ridiculously delicious. I instantly regretted saying I'd share one with my daughter. I tasted the sweet corn, spices, and cheese and immediately wanted to take the other half a cob off her plate. Bad mom. I know! This quarantine makes a mama hungry! My daughter and husband also shared strawberry dessert tacos and judging by how quickly they disappeared I'd say they were also of elotes caliber. I have an allergy to strawberries so I can't personally review BUT if they're anywhere near as tasty as their cinnamon apple tacos you won't be disappointed. Well, I'd been wanting to try this place for a while now and finally made it in when they were open. The Ciderworks Food Cart Location is a nice hang. It's sadly slow. I've been in 3 times now and never more than a handful of folks. Flippin Covid! Anyhoo, Easley's.....first time we went, we were just checkin things out. We stood outside looking at the menu for about 4 minutes, while the folks inside the truck, just ignored us. Not even a "hi, we'll be right with you". We left without ordering. 0 points on that first encounter. Next time: It was blazing hot outside. We approached the truck on the shade side where there is a window. They didn't open the window or greet us AGAIN. We went around to the other window, and asked if we couldn't place our order from the side where it was cooler, and were told NO, we keep that closed to keep it cool for us inside. Hmmmm, customers first? I guess not. GET A FAN! The food, you ask? MEH. The tiniest street tacos I've EVER had, good portion of meat, but just bland, no seasoning. The only slightly redeeming thing was the sauce. (we had the spicy habanero). And I'm sorry but 2 tiny tacos for $6, 9 tacos for $10? WTF? You're supposed to get a deal when you order more. There is no incentive here. Have these folks ever run a business before? So, that said, it took over 20 minutes to get tacos!!! We were the ONLY ones there! Ridiculous! We also had the elotes. Very tasty, but a bit smallish and soggy, overcooked. For $5 for 1 ear of corn; so never again. Sorry to say guys, but these times are rough. If you're only getting a few customers you gotta give them service, flavor, and value. This was a total miss for us, which makes me sad. I love to support small, local businesses. read more

Tacos are very tiny, like mini tacos. It was taco Tuesday so we only had to pay two dollars each, but we are glad we didn't pay regular price for these tiny tacos we had to wait for almost an hour for. This review is very difficult. First, you need to know that this food truck is in a courtyard of food trucks at the Cider Station next to Graffiti Alley on River Rd. My wife and I decided to give it a try and loved the vibe and the ambiance of the outdoor area. While my wife decided to order from a different food truck than me, our experiences were exactly opposite. Her food came quickly and was - shall we say - underwhelming, to put it nicely. Mine however, was a different story. Half an hour AFTER MY WIFE HAD FINISHED her meal, mine had still not arrived. The kind server asked if we were still waiting on something, and when we told her what I had ordered, she said they had a 1hr wait at that food truck and checked on our order. She told us it would be right out. About 20 minutes later, the young couple who sat next to us and ordered while my wife was eating her dinner were now getting their food. I flagged down a different server and asked that they make mine to go. She said the food truck had a 2hr wait... While I waited, I spoke to the manager and explained everything. He was frustrated and apologetic and blamed the App. I finally got my food 80 minutes after ordering and took it home. I was not in a great mood- until I tried my burger! Holy cow was that a great burger! The fries were equally great! The service?... TERRIBLE. While I will likely not be returning anytime soon, the food from Easley Does it is top-notch. If you do go, check the wait time at the food truck before you sit down and use the App to order. It's a weird system that needs work- but when they get it figured out, we may give it another shot. read more

Great place right off of River Road. Both my wife and I had the tacos and they were great. The staff was friendly and polite.

This food truck is located in a food truck court at Ciderlicious. There are several other food trucks here. The flavor of each one of theses tacos was outstanding and each one is unique. My only hesitation is the cost. $10 for 3 smallish tacos is a little steep. This will stop me from being a regular but I will be back. read more

Everyone I've spoken to is so friendly! I love coming to this place for burgers and tacos, and don't get me started on the house fries (elote seasoning)! After seeing this place between the bike path and River Road for a long time, I finally stopped by for a late lunch a few days ago. I got the tri-tip taco and the fish taco - both were phenomenal. The ingredients were clearly fresh and were tasty as. I particularly recommend the fish, but I'm a sucker for a good fish taco. The whole venue, with the three food trucks and the cider stand and the outdoor seating is great. I finally found somewhere I feel safe eating, and maybe even visiting a friend or two! read more

I payed 4 bucks each for 3 tacos and when I got them they where nearly as small as the lime wedge! Will never eat there again.

The tacos were tasty but a TERRIBLE deal because taco diameter was about 3 inches. I usually eat 2-3 tacos but would recommend ordering double here. Would not eat here again. read more
