The guy told me, "I got you, we know what to do," so I thought we were good. They started on the inside, and while one of the ladies was working on the windows/interior, she moved to the outside of the car and started toweling the hood. I went over and told her they did not wash the outside, so she did not need to wipe it. She said okay. About a minute later, she started doing it again. I politely told her again that the outside had not been washed and that she was basically rubbing dry dirt into my clear coat. I thought she understood, but then she went over to the driver-side door and started wiping that too, lengthwise. At that point I had to tell her to stop and get away from my car. The whole reason I asked for interior only was to avoid exactly that. On top of that, the inside still did not look good when they were done. Very frustrating experience.
