The thing played but some of the keys were a bit pokey. I brought it to ATEC. While we waited, he took the flute apart, straightened a rod here, adjusted the keys there, oiled the springs and generally got the flute all squared away and ready to play. Now the flute is much easier to play and I'm really enjoying it. The fee for this excellent service was more than reasonable. I am very satisfied with his service.
