Mind you, Aldoor is who we hired to order and install the door panels. Made no sense. The female owner was rude and condescending and threw around her experience as a paralegal to attempt to intimidate us (eyeroll). Bottom line: Aldoor had internal corruption that led to this customer receiving the wrong product and they will NOT stand behind their work. It is NOT the customer's fault IF they had internal personnel issues. Poor customer service, poor product. we will never use them again. And yes Mrs. Owner - your sticker is on the WRONG panels YOUR COMPANY ordered, so stop trying to blame someone else. Grow up, humble yourself, and take accountability.

There was maintenance done in Nov 2024 and they missed something that resulted in my door coming down on me but refused to come and inspect even though they installed my door originally in 2016 and have regularly maintained it since then. I would not recommend them for an installation or thorough maintenance inspections. Possibly for minor repairs.

Top of the line service from Tina including a personalized calendar showing what was due and when. Tina introduced us to a great home surveyor, arranged the closing at her office at a super rate, and generally guided us through the whole process in a low keyed, but elegant, manner.
