Our waitress Alicia was an absolute saint, ridiculously attentive, friendly, and probably the only reason the rodeo crowd didn't start a stampede in the dining room. I went full health nut and ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad. Big mistake. Not because it was bad, but because I'm in a wings restaurant staring at lettuce like a traitor. The "croutons" were these adorable little pretzel bites, which is the most chaotic but genius move I've seen since someone put pineapple on pizza. They were legit tasty. The dressing? Well for one I like Good Chicken Wings!!!! This place has Wings, but I like my Mango Habanero flavored sauce on them. The last visit here to this eatery was fair. The Covid Scare has ruined every eatery in America. Places got used to Take Away Only service and lost their way in the process. The Metal food trays is not my favorite way to eat at the inflated prices of foods this day in time. We had 6 people at our table and we order up some wings. Only problem I observed was the Bills got all flubbed up. Some had things on the tickets that were not supposed to be on it. We finally got the bills straightened out but our server should have been more attentive to the different couples needs and tickets. Oh well, guess we will see what happens next time. One of the worst experiences I had with a simple chicken sandwich. The grilled sandwich for 10.99 was smaller than a regular fast food restaurant hamburger and about is thick it was served on hamburger bun with three pickles and a little bit of mayonnaise no lettuce and tomato. I'm not the kind of person who write reviews; I just never take the time to do it, but for this, I will. If I could give East Coast less than one star, I would. My mom and I ordered buffalo chicken salads for take out, and I got almost to the bottom of the box before I saw the fly (pictures included). I'm not an overdramatic person; I've had my fair share of random hairs in my food from restaurants, and I've never felt the need to call and complain. But this was different; I just felt absolutely disgusted and sick to my stomach at having eaten most of a salad with a bug in it. My mom called the restaurant back to report what happened, mainly wanting an apology. The woman who answered the phone was fine, but the manager wouldn't even get on the phone with us. He just passed along a message that we could either pick up a new salad (um, no thank you??) or get a credit for a salad the next time I come in (what makes you think that's going to happen??). No apologies. No refund. My mom emphasized that she really just called to tell them to do better checks, and still all we got was an offer for a new salad with no apology for what happened (again I say, why would I want another one after eating one with a fly??). I waited 45 minutes in the restaurant to pick up my takeout order tonite. This was in addition to the 45 minutes from the time I placed the order. The manager did not apologize or try to make it right and charged me full price for my order ($72). After I complained, the cashier spoke to the manager who offered a 20% discount on a future order. There will be no future order from this location. I have been to multiple East coast wing locations and have never had such horrible service. The customer ahead of me in line had a longer wait than me and when he complained, the manager offered excuses about new employees and lots of things a customer does not need to know. If you go when it's not the weekend and before 7pm you'll get good service not only via your waitress but the cooks who cook the food make sure it's prepared properly and not in a hurry. Anytime after 7pm on the weekend is when the drunks and the pregaming youngsters come in already drunk and the waitresses are too busy flirting and trying to make plans with them to meet up after work instead of doing their job and making sure their tables are good and have everything they need. Half the time it's the food runners bringing your food but the waitress thinks they deserve a big tip when they haven't done shit but flirt with the drunks at the bar. They don't cut anyone off from ordering more alcohol when they clearly don't need anymore and 9 times outta 10 are 3 sheets in the wind when they arrive. The wait staff are not overly friendly, but they are efficient. If you don't feel like eating in, you can place a carry out order as well. I've eaten here several times and the food is as good as any other of this type of food but I think it's because our society accepts mediocrity for dine-in, average cost food. In my opinion the food is somewhat overpriced...everything is basically $9 or $10 ish. I agree with the other review that this place really could use a complete wash down. The floors are always gross and the bathrooms have never been clean no matter what time I've been there...could be the age of the building, not sure. The incident that has compelled me to finally leave a review (not knowing whether they make a difference or not) is that the second time in a row that I've gotten take away, there has been some sort of mistake. Unlike the first time, we caught this one before we left the restaurant. I am not one to review hard but I worked in restaurant for years and am continually disappointed at the lack of care that seems to be given to a lot of service oriented jobs. The guy that carried our order out to us should have double checked it before it reached us. I was the one to check and catch the mistake. I have eaten here numerous times over the last 15 years. Last night my family experienced the worst customer service. We had placed a $100+ order for pick up. When we arrived home, my father in law realized he had been shortened 5 wings of his meal. When he called, the lady that answered the phone was cordial, however, when my FIL spoke to the "owner" about the mishap he was rude and alluded that we were lying about the shirt order.
