I was blown away by patricia from the minute I called to make an appointment. After finding them on qype,I decided to give them a try, as I was moving into a new apartment that was in SERIOUS need of a scrub down. The prior tenant must have lived in a dust cave, and the condition was totally unlivable. I called on a Friday to make my appointment for the following Monday. I spoke with Her staff, who was very helpful in explaining what the different levels of services were, as well as the pricing of their packages. I made an appointment for a move in/ move out clean, and come Monday morning at 8:50 AM she showed up for the 9 AM appointment. She was as sweet as can be, and boy oh boy does she deserve a gold medal. I returned home to my apartment after a long day of work, to find my apartment absolutely spotless. Every inch of my apartment was clean, even the small hard to reach places, and corners of the closets, etc. I could not have moved my furniture into my new apartment the following day on Tuesday, without the help of Patricia. They were courteous, prompt, efficient, and I felt very reasonable. I was looking to spend exactly in the price range that I did for my move in move out clean. Mrs .patricia is a very conscientious and reliable person who is our absolute go to when we need our place clean. I have been working with her for a few months and every time she visits our home, we are delighted with the results. The bathroom shines brightly and the rugs are totally spotless (we have white bathroom rugs- I've never, ever been able to get them as clean as she does). She vacuums our couch then flips and fluffs the cushions and makes sure ALL surfaces are clean and dust free. Our kitchen can be tricky because we do a lot of cooking and have a lot of clutter, but She makes sure to clean well and put everything back neatly in it's place- never that ransacked effect you get from less experienced cleaners. This is such a slick service! The 2 women who showed up to clean my apartment were both very nice and arrived on time. I felt comfortable leaving my apartment with them there. When I arrived back, the place smelled great (fresh and clean!) and they both cleaned and tidied up my things. There was also a really cute note and a piece of chocolate saying Welcome Home! However, my favorite part about the service is the ease of scheduling. Once again, Qype to the rescue! I've been through a series of house cleaners in the area with little luck of continued quality service. Qype came to the rescue again .I found positive reviews of patricia house cleaning services and called her to arrange an appointment. Pstricia called back promptly and we scheduled a time right away. This is my 4th i use patricia Cleaning. They are amazing! She is absolutely fantastic! We scheduled a much needed cleaning because we are getting married on Friday (whaaaat) and my boyfriend is taking photos with his groomsmen at our apartment before the ceremony. Great Service! They cleaned my flat before I moved in. There was so much dust from the painters & floor guys but they did a great job! Everything worked perfectly. Easy to use, responsible maid, prompt/reliable The cleaner was extremely nice and very professional. She called to confirm our appointment and showed up promptly. She let me know it would take about two hours to clean and when I came back the kitchen/bathroom smelled cleaner than they probably ever have.
