Went back numerous times, over the period of several weeks, in excruciating pain only to receive different pain killers nearly every visit for what turned out to be an undiagnosed infection. By the time they referred me to an infectious disease specialist at the Health Science it had already spread to my jaw bone resulting in months of antibiotics to clear it up. As a result I was left with what I can only believe is permanent nerve damage on my lower lip. Asked for my money back and they never replied.

Instead, the outcome was a failed (botched) surgery. To make matters (far) worse, after complaining to the surgeon over a 14 month period, ("Dr."?) Shane Seal agreed to attempting to revise the outcome via liposuction which was consented to. However, he also attempted a surgical revision to the botched surgery, but he did so without even mentioning his intention to attempt that surgery, (surgery without consent). The patient has permanent mutilation damage which can never be altered due to the high risk of (additional) nerve damage. Now my friend has commenced a Supreme Court litigation to sue for damages due to medical negligence.

Dr. Roberts is so soft spoken, takes the time to explain what he is going to do before he does it, explains each step as he goes, asks if you're doing OK and just makes you feel so relaxed and secure. As the secretary explain to me "he's a gentle giant and everyone loves him" well he has another fan !! And I'll recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new dentist, especially anyone who has anxiety like myself. The overall vibe of the office is cozy. You feel "homey" when you arrive. Its not like a new fancy dental office you see picked off Pinterest, it is an older office style.
