ZERO STARS! If I could rate this business ZERO stars I would. I've gotten the run around from them
for three days and finally had enough. My son is on travel team baseball and our team/organization gets their jerseys from here. They had misspelled my sons name on his jersey, a simple mistake, could have happened to anyone. Our coach asked me to contact the business and arrange to have the mistake corrected. The fact that they are 35 minutes from my house was inconvenient, but I wanted to use the people who had made the product in the first place. I was told by the coach to call first to make sure they were open before going out there, which makes sense. I didn't want to go all the way there for nothing. So, I called on a Tuesday morning to find out their hours and to inform them of my predicament. I told them what organization we were from, what I needed changed to the jersey, and I was hoping to get it back before Saturday (when we have a double header). The person I talked to seemed nice and was helpful, telling me I could come in that day and have it fixed, while waiting for it. I was glad I could get it done while waiting because the business was a hike for me and didn't know when I could get out there again. With that in mind, I headed out there and 35 minutes later arrived at the store. After reiterating my situation to the front desk and mentioning that I was told I could wait for the jersey, I was told that was not possible and would have to come back another day. They said it would be ready Wednesday which was the next day and I could come back then. I was disappointed, that was not what I was told before going out there, but was willing to come back. I told them I couldn't make it back out there Wednesday, but had a service appointment in Smithtown for my car Thursday and would come by that morning to pick up the jersey. After my car service appointment, I called east end to make sure they were open and to remind them I was coming. It was at that point I was told the jersey was NOT fixed, that they were working on it at that moment and that it wouldn't be ready till 12:00 that day. I was assured it would be ready at 12:00 and to come and pick it up then. Annoyed, I told them I would be there at 12:00 and expected to get the jersey then. I arrived at 12:00 ,after driving for 35 minutes, and after seeing the jersey left in the same place it was on Tuesday, was told it would not be done that day and I would have to come back Friday, the next day. I was told they were busy, and that the power went out and couldn't have it done till now. It's one thing to have my time wasted, it's another to be lied to. I walked out. I even considered coming back. I then came to my senses and decided I had enough. I went back in, asked for the jersey back. I again given the same explanations, along with an attitude of disbelief that I would be so agitated. I took the jersey back and promptly went to TWO businesses near my town that screen prints jerseys. I was told by both that the jersey could NOT be fixed and that it was a waste of my time to keep going back and forth to East End. I was never told this by East End, nor was I made aware that the jersey could not be fixed and to explore other options. This whole experience has been a colossal waste of my time, I will not use this place again, I recommend you avoid them as well. read more
