They were prompt, pleasant to interact with, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Each employee was very polite and worked hard! we were very pleased with the final product when it was finished! We purchased a donation to support a private school. There were additional charges and it was very reasonable! When we have painting or construction needs in the future we will be calling Fitzpatrick Painting and construction! We thank them all, from office staff, to the various teams involved for their kindness and professionalism to us!

Travis Lee, Manuel Jauregui, the entire paint crew, and office personnel were professional, easily answered questions, effortlessly made corrections, ensured the paint crews safety, they were respectful of our home and of my personal schedule, and collaborated well with another contractor that was on-site at the same time. They did, and have always produced quality work. The cost was on par with other estimates, and I appreciated the option to finance half of the project cost. Highly recommend Fitzpatrick, and will use them again for future projects.

I contacted them through Yelp and got a prompt response, unlike a number of other contractors I contacted the same way. Lenny came over right away, scoped the property out, and gave me a competitive bid. He was easy to talk to, friendly and forthcoming with details. The whole job took Lenny, David and Gustavo about 4 days, including pressure washing, trim removal & replacement, taping off, detail work and cleanup. The results were entirely satisfactory. I would recommend Three Stars Painting and would consider using them again for future painting projects.

And they do more than painting. They built a deck and railing, laid a paver pathway, hauled in bags of pebbles and laid them down, replaced rotting soffit boards and repaired damaged siding. They power washed the house GENTLY and painted the front and rear of the house and two decks. My home looks amazing! Exceptional communication, up front pricing, excellent follow through on getting the job done. Life is hard, finding good work at reasonable prices is hard, but Lenny and David have never disappointed me. My property value keeps improving with each project. They leave the job site spotless. They arrive on time each day. I highly recommend this small family owned company!

Whoever reads this - be careful these people are not very honest…read more Promises they make initially, products they tell you they will use, is not what happens at the end! I do not recommend this company. The company stole from me. Now they're claiming differently. They stole a crate and wood in it a total of $150 . The work performed - I have to give it 3.5 stars maximum. They make promises they do not keep. This is a husband and wife team with the wife, Melissa Villa making initial contact and is responsible for estimates. She was on time, it was a second job theVillas were bidding on and numerous positive promises were made to me. Husband is Carlos Villa, he is in charge of purchasing materials, the work crew, and making changes to size/quality of materials images of which Melissa had sent me. We started having problems with installation of thinner than expected insulation - I made images with 1 inch gaps, with much smaller pieces being laid together with gaps on top of the larger pieces on a slanted loft ceiling. I addressed it with Melissa. She told me that they put larger pieces on top smaller pieces on the bottom in order for gravity to distribute the pieces properly. I have her text regarding how it should be arranged. Foreman and Carlos said the opposite. I had to insist for more insulation, and for gaps to be eliminated - I do have every image of how the insulation looked initially. Letters were written back-and-forth. I have every copy of everything Melissa has written to me. In court I can prove my case if needed... I still have issues with how the two pieces of wainscoting fit together in the middle - most of them do not fit together at all and look sloppy. On the last day of the job, with Carlos covered in paint - I was told to do a very quick "come look we have to go" walk-through. Melissa was not available. Carlos promised to come back that day - he never kept his promises. I also have messages between me and Melissa addressing that. Images included - clearly show that the job is poorly executed. Un unfortunately for the business , IMHO, Melissa now is lying that they have made "multiple attempts" ... they have not! Here's her latest text message. "Hi Yanna. I'm not ignoring you, I am not always available to respond. At this point, we have made multiple attempts to address the concerns you've brought to us and have done our best to work with you toward a resolution. Unfortunately, I don't feel that continuing to work together is a good fit. I have not addressed this with you previously because we were trying to remain professional and resolve your concerns. However, the repeated messages and demands for immediate responses, along with the language and comments directed toward us during our interactions, have become increasingly uncomfortable. Some of the language and comments have also been vulgar, inappropriate, and discriminatory in nature. At this point, the interactions feel hostile, and for the safety and comfort of myself and our crew, we are not comfortable continuing to work at your property. We stand behind the work we performed within the scope and limitations that were discussed with you, including the limitations of the attic/loft space. We have made reasonable efforts to address your concerns and accommodate your expectations. At this point, our working relationship has concluded, and we will not be returning for additional work now or in the future. Regarding the blue box, it was not intentionally taken. You stated our crew could use the wood remnants in it and it was accidentally taken with our materials during cleanup. I told you I would return it this week. You confirmed that dropping it off at any time was fine. As stated, it will be returned today. We wish you the best moving forward." have been sending Melissa messages since Friday 4:30 PM after Carlos and Melissa came out to look at items to be completed. The only vulgar thing I said - 3 times - was the word "fucking" referring to quality of work. Never directed at anybody. And every time I said that word, I excused myself for my language. They have been paid in full 6 1/2 thousand dollars - for insulating the loft, wainscoting, applying texture to two vertical walls and painting everything in white semi gloss. I'm including many photos including the texting after they were paid in full. They do not stand behind their quality of work. Whoever uses them - do be careful.
