Dr. Howard Walsdorf is one of these doctors. I'm grateful for Dr. Howard Walsdorf 's expertise in chiropractic care and for his holistic approach. It allows him to help align the puzzle pieces that make up a person's physical health. I wish more doctors would model their practices after this style (e.g., holistic approach, listening to the patient, and helping the mind and body work together). I got hurt playing soccer 12 years ago and due to misdiagnoses from multiple arrogant doctors and health professionals, my body was left unbalanced, a mess, and in constant pain and very discouraged. Even since then, I've sought balance and the ability to participate in active sports again, which has been quite a journey. Dr. Walsdoft has helped bring symmetry to my gate and posture and apply helpful/subtle life-style changes that make a big difference (e.g., breathing, eating, walking that promotes alignment, and exercise) that have helped me reach new levels of balance within my body, which has brought peace to my mind.
