In my case I was mis-sold PPI when taking out a credit card with Lloyds TSB. Although it took some time, my claim eventually cam through, although I was beginning to get concerned about the time that it took for my PPI to come through, it did come through in the end, so I am happy with the PPI claim I put in. The offices are spacious and welcoming, and there's even some toys for your children to play with - keeps them occupied for a couple of minutes, anyway! All of the staff that I have come into contact with have been friendly and efficient. I took my mortgage out with them last year, and the Mortgage Adviser made the process as easy as it could be. I'd highly recommend using them for your savings, investments or mortgage if you're thinking of changing. The only problem that I've found is that they don't offer a current account.

There is a vast variety of goods for sale. The first floor is confined to furniture of many kinds all of which seems to be of good quality and reasonable price . On the ground floor there is a vast variety of goods. I purchased a fake antique clock dated 1763 which is quite convincing providing you do not examine it too closely ! There is also a good selection of kitchen utensils and a excellent selection of tools for the handyman. The store is well worth a visit as they have many interesting and useful goods for sale too numerous to describe. However it must be remembered that all the goods are priced without value added tax added and consequently look less expensive than they actually are. It is wise, therefore, to carry a small pocket calculator, unless you are good at mental arithmetic, to add on the VAT in order to prevent a nasty shock when at the payout.
