This company works on a fee for every load, a unique business model in the moving industry where most of the providers charge by the weight or on an hourly basis. + They arrived on time with a four-man crew. It was pouring but they took extra care with our furniture, which included some extraordinary pieces. + They worked fast. This was a difficult move because the weather and the difficult staircase but they made it look easy. Virtually no damage to to the house we were leaving or the condo. It's independent AND they have a phone to call, FB to ask, and go to YouTube too. Then, looking for BOMs to do, they have the most interesting. The value is good and on par with other BOM onliners. A group of ladies took a class recently at Stichin Heaven, and when we arrived, were unable to get…read moreinto our Cabin, we were given the wrong cabin number and no code to get inside. We had to make calls and, luckily, for us, someone was still in the building next door and helped us. On the day of the class, our instructor was excellent, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We definitely were very pleased with her and her class. But Stichin Heaven did not put new blades in the rotary cutters, and we had a difficult time trimming our fabric. We were concerned someone would cut themselves on the dull blades. I just feel Stichin Heaven has very poor customer service.
