I was extremely impressed with same day laundry wash/fold service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. You receive a text update as well when the wash & fold are completed. It was worth every penny to me to have a daunting task completed within a 24 hour turn around. I loved the "I am blessed" sign as you walk in. They helped bring the bags in, as well as load them in to my vehicle when complete. They are so kind, and a life saver. My clothes smelled great and were folded and organized very neatly. Facilities are nice and clean. Came on a busy Sunday and all patrons are also nice. Don't usually have to do laundry but due to not having laundry at my place currently and going to different laundromats this one is by far the nicest. Last minute trip to the laundry mat! I am from out of town came in for graduation at UW Madison and our daughter and roommate's dryer had went out during finals. Tried hanging close all over the apartment and then the washer went out! Decided to bring comforters along with laundry since I was already making the trip. The drive was less than 5 minutes from the college and I have no use where I am going! There is plenty of the regular washers and they were 1.00-1.75 per load depending on extra options. Mid size washers $3.75 and up to a dollar more to add the extras! The largest size washer only has one row and those were $6 ea I believe, and fit a queen comforter and sheets no problem. The mid size dryers are wonderful and are $1.00 for 20 minutes. They have the 2 jumbo dryers for $3.00/32 minutes but they were not available. People really rush for those! Plenty of regular dryers .25 = 10 minutes. People working were friendly and nice. Single packets of soap and double packs of dryer sheets were a dollar. The machines take Quarters but they have a change machine. The place seems to keep steady but I didn't have to wait and there was seating. Plenty of clean space to fold. When you are coming to the laundry mat you see the building and the entrance building! Then drive to the back for parking and the laundry mat entrance, the first entrance is for the drop and wash service. When leaving the parking lot the driveway from the back parking is the exit. I tell toy this because I passed the first driveway and frantically turned in to the second drive not realizing it was the exit. read more

Their machines often malfunction and they don't actually respond to refund requests slipped under the office door per their posted directions. I've put in three requests over the last 3 weeks, each of which has been completely ignored. I'll go to Dana Lou's from now on. There's no bathroom, air conditioning or wifi. Also, the parking lot is kind of dangerous if you happen to be wrangling a little one. Other laundry-doers are generally pleasant, but don't touch anybody else's laundry no matter how long it's been abandoned unless you feel like starting a fight (for the record, I definitely didn't do this so if your laundry has been moved, don't come after me ;) ) . read more

I was in need of doing a large amount of laundry this week, and looked for the closest laundromat to my location. East wash laundry popped up first, and I'm glad it did. I did 9 loads in less than 2 hours, and it cost less than $15. Very large facility, with a lot of machines available. Super clean (witnessed employee cleaning all machines TWICE while I was there), large parking lot, VERY reasonable prices, and owner was there, making conversation and assuring satisfaction. Best laundromat I've ever been to. Coin operated, with coin dispenser in building. Has atm as well, just was out of order when I was there, plenty of atms within walking distance. I've been doing our laundry there for several months and I agree with Jason T. The washer and dryer prices are the best in town. My condo charges about $1.40 per wash and dry and their machines typically run $0.75 per wash and dry. Unlike my condo they have exponentially more machines which means no waiting in line and getting the job done in one visit. The inside is kept clean. The appliances are kept in good working order and if there is an issue they'll promptly resolve it. You fill out their card and slide it under their designated door and you'll hear from them via mail within days. As a bonus you could easily walk to the Malt House, Dexter's Pub, or the Hawthorne branch library while your clothes dry. Use your best judgment when it comes to leaving your clothes unattended. read more

Clean, reasonably priced, and washers and dryers always available. The downside is that if a washer decides that the load is unbalanced, it won't spin out, meaning that you have to wring your clothes out by hand and also spend more money on dryers. Also, there isn't an open and obvious sink, so I had to wash the detergent from my hands off in the drinking fountain. The price and availability of machines outweighs the downsides, though. I've gone to many different Madison laundromats and this one is just fine. read more

I was not very impressed with this place as a busines. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a long time, all of the paper towel dispensers were empty, and the one table that I could sit at to study had soda spilled on it as well as food. When I was looking for the restroom, someone told me that it was 'broken' and that I would need to cross E Washington if I needed to use one. The washing machines and dryers worked very well for me, but I didn't feel comfortable folding my clothes in the establishment as it was so dirty. read more

Utility laundromat. It's the cheapest in town and the machines work very well; there's usually a handful out of order, but they have so many that it's never an issue. Wish there was a bit more seating and a bathroom. Don't let nice laundry bags out of your sight because they may leave without you, apparently (learned this the hard way last week). I tend to do my laundry pretty late in the day and the owners come in and mop/clean nightly, so not sure what the review saying it was dirty is about. Honestly I'd give this 5 stars, but I'm knocking off one because there's not seating proportional to the number of machines (there are a lot of places to go nearby, but I prefer to camp out with a book while I do my laundry - rather than individual seats there are two big booth-type things, so if they get claimed you're SOL) and one because of the theft I experienced recently. Still going to keep going back because it's literally half the price of doing laundry at my apartment! read more

machines are cheap, but no wifi or bathrooms. Drunk people hang out there sometimes and creepy dudes hit on me, but I've never felt unsafe. Nice back lot to sit in the sunshine but I wouldn't leave my clothes there. read more
