Researching on the web had led me to spend a ton of money on supplements, programs, diets, and promises. I'd worked with a nutritional therapist who had me on $200 worth of supplements a month with no end in sight. Finally, I decided I'd had enough and I quit looking for answers and started to follow my intuition. I realized that I understood more than I gave myself credit for and adjusted my diet the best that I could based on my experiences. I found some improvement, but I knew that I'd reached the end of my knowledge and couldn't think of anything else to try that made sense. I was tired, had tinnitus, was struggling to sleep, and often experienced a racing heart beat that scared me. My husband found Ariana's card on the board at the co-op.
