They install the highest quality 7.4Kw chargers. Communication excellent, questions answered constructively, date for the work agreed quickly. Electrical work and installation is cosmetically excellent, setup and testing of the system perfect. The charger is fantastic, professionally installed, links with our internet hub and an app for full control, and can be linked to solar panels. Paperwork completed professionally: quotation, specification, grant advice and documentation, invoicing, receipt, and Electrical Installation Certificate. I called up to complain, so they sent the engineer back out. He then said the wall socket was faulty. I just went in and opened the panel, one of the wires had come loose, this is clearly why it wasn't working. I reconnected it and now it works fine. I have been charged twice for this poor workmanship. They weren't willing to understand that they were in the wrong. They have lost a business and residential client through their greed.
