I don't even give them one star but I have no choice. I used to use this company only until a few weeks ago my friend and I got a taxi. We were accused of not paying (we stopped of to pick a friend up on the way to our destination) were both told "I know your fucking type" when asked what he meant, he said it was because of "your kind sit there" - tourist information centre. My friend come back to the car as she had knocked the door to get our friend, I told her what had been said, she took a picture of him so we could go to the company. With this he reached over knocking her phone flying. Then got out grabbing me from the car then started punching my friend, knocking her to the floor where he continued to kick and punch her even using his money tray - and she is 8 month pregnant!!!
