A couple of New England winters ago the gauge on my oil tank broke and I ran out of oil on a very cold day. I called 4-5 other places to try to get oil that day and the best I got was it would be an extra $100 "emergency fee" AND no promise it would be the same day. Almost ready to give up I called Eastco and got in touch with one of the employees in his truck making deliveries. I told him of my situation and he said "Hey I'm right in that area, I can swing by and get some oil in your tank." No extra fees, no bloated price per gallon, just professional assistance! Fast forward to the day before the 2015 January Blizzard. I was not out of oil, but thought it would be good to place an order since they may be backed up. I told the guy it was not an emergency and whenever he can make it by should be fine. He said "Yeah we're really backed up, but I will do my best." I figured as soon as the mess is cleared I will get my oil. THAT SAME DAY when I got home from work, and when the blizzard started I went to make sure we actually would have enough oil to get through the snow and THE TANK WAS FULL!! They made it before the snow and got us oil! Every time I have called Eastco Oil I have dealt with polite, professional people who do their best (and in my case succeed) with getting oil to my house fast, and at a fair price.
