I paid a deposit on April 9 (see image) for a babysitting booking on April 17 and she completely ghosted me after telling me to approve the listing (which she did update to reflect April 17, and not April 18 which I originally wrote). But afterwards, No replies to my emails or texts and did not pick up my phone call. I called during business hours. Now I'm no longer able to have date night on my first vacation post partum and it is disappointing to deal with someone this unprofessional. I also see that this business has not had reviews for nearly a year. Maybe they're out of business

Michelle replied quickly on a Sunday and while she wasn't available Monday for our date night she set us up with Becky who was a 25+ year teacher who had raised three boys. Becky showed up at our room at the Grand Hyatt a little early to get acquainted and she brought a few bags of toy's & activities. Great sitter, kids loved her, price was fair, everything felt safe and was easy. We will use Auntie Shells next time we are on island Mahalo .
