Well, fair is fair. With them having just now posted on June 23rd 2025 to refute the incident, they obviously had the 2020 video footage fresh in their minds....right? So I called them right up and asked what exactly their footage showed. He had no idea. They obviously responded after 5 years to try to polish a well-earned 1 star review and make it seem like I was just a bad customer who just wanted to make trouble. Chose to take my truck to the Catonsville location as my friend had his truck done there. As I…read morepulled up to the parking lot, a man came out to greet me promptly. I was in the process of taking off my tonneau cover, and he told me he'd have the team take it off and have it back one when they were done. I made some special requests like no Line-x stickers or badges and to have some holes taped down. I waited for the truck since I didn't have a ride. Watched some cable TV that was available in the waiting area. Very friendly staff, we discussed the shows. When the truck was done, one of the workers brought it around to the front and had me inspect. I was really happy about the way it looked on the truck, amazing product. My bed was all scratched up before, because I was too lazy to get it done sooner, but now it looks brand new and better. All in all I'm satisfied with the job. I'd give them 4.5/5 if I could. The only reason for me taking off a half point is for some minor miss in details. They sprayed over 2 bolts (shouldn't really matter though) and there was some overspray in my bedgate latches. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone. Very friendly staff and great work. Thanks! Update after a couple years. PStill looks great, bumping from 4 stars up to 5

The installation was fast (only took about 45 min) and efficient. I have zero problems or complaints about the actual installment. My only complaint is that I felt a little uncomfortable at their business. While no one was outright rude to me, I was not greeted with the same enthusiasm as I've witness other customers receive. I surely felt out of place. They were pretty busy that day but not too busy to fully engage other customers. They answered my questions and did a great job on the install but I wish the shop was more welcoming to a diverse population. I would still recommend them for hitch and bike rack installs (5/5) but not necessarily for customer service (3/5). Whatever you do, don't go to Uhaul for hitch installs lol.

Robert the owner of the Continental Auto informed me it would be $450 and would take 3-4 days to repair the damages on my car. I dropped my car off to Robert on August 1. It took him a week to attempt to try and fix and match the paint job to the rest of my car resulting in me having to get a rental car. Robert then told me on August 8, 2024 that he would need another 3 days to correct the still incorrect color paint job. I then informed Robert after trying 3 times, a week he has had my car and needing another 3 days. I would like my car back to take my car to another business to finish the job. I told Robert I did not mind paying him for fixing the dent but I shouldn't have to pay for the paint job considering he was not able to match the paint. Robert replied, I could not get my car back unless I paid the full $511 in cash or zelle. Robert should not be allowed to force me to continue doing business with him if he has shown me several times he cannot do the job correctly and in a timely manner. Robert never mentioned before I was not satisfied with his work or customer service that he did not accept cards only cash or zelle. I find that to be unprofessional, inappropriate and just bad business for him to hold my car hostage and forcing me to pay him in full with cash or zelle when the paint job is still incorrect and the job is not finish in addition to having to pay someone else to fix my paint job. I would beware of this shop the owner and the business is very unprofessional and shady!!!!!!
