Do not give this store, your time, your money and your business. There are so many other places to…read moreshop for the same items that have true customer service. (Probably the reason why the store was empty of customers this close to Christmas.) I was sold a defective Lancome mascara product by Ulta. This store had the same product in store with damaged packaging and out of date packaging on the shelf. (The product has new packaging now. They had two torn boxes of the old packaging on the shelf.) I asked for a replacement that was not damaged or in older packaging. A kind young women found one in a drawer under the product placement and gave it to me. I took it to the cashier to exchange the defective one I had brought with me. This store refused to exchange or refund the mascara. I contacted their customer service number, as I was instructed to do by the manager (I believe her name is Katie?) in the store. I went to my car and placed the call. The customer service rep had me place a new online pick-up in store order to replace the defective product. I spent another $32 for another tube of mascara. I was instructed once my order was picked up in the store then I would receive my refund for the defective item. I did as I was instructed to do. I went into the store again to pick up my order, and the manager (Katie?) told me she had canceled my order! I was on the phone with customer service while I was talking to this manager. The customer service rep heard the entire conversation. The customer service rep was appalled as well. When I complained to this manager about her lack of customer services skills, she told me to leave the store! She said this to me as my back was on the exit opening the door to leave (my hands were full of my purse and my cell phone, so I used my back to push the door open). The customer service rep escalated the call after hearing the manager's comments. The customer service rep asked me a lot of questions about the entire incident. She was shocked when I told her the manager had wanted my two youngest daughter's phone numbers as well as mine while I was trying to exchange the defective mascara. I stock up on this Lancome mascara when it is on sale. My daughters have gifted make up to me as well. I could not tell that manager exactly when I had bought or received that exact tube of mascara, because I don't know. I recently moved and my makeup is not arranged as it was before the move. I don't know which tube of mascara I bought first. I have one tube of mascara I just opened when this one broke, plus two more tubes I have yet to open. All of them are brand new. The defective one was opened about six weeks ago. Also, I had a tube of this mascara break in the exact same way last summer. (There are also reviews online about this happening to other people who have bought this mascara). When this happened last year the Ulta store in the city I was living in before exchanged the mascara without a debate or wanting my children's phone numbers. I'm a Ulta Platinum Club Member. To be "Platinum" you must spend at least $500 or more a year at Ulta, between myself, four daughters, and two granddaughters, I've been Platinum probably since 2011. But this Ulta store will not see one red cent of my money as long as that manager is working at that location. I am taking my business elsewhere.

But she left with solid cotton white hair with several brassy, uneven, obvious blotches inches away from her scalp. I'm retired military and advised her to quickly have the color corrected before she gets in trouble with her superiors. She contacted Julietta via text message asking for an appointment to have her now ugly hair fixed. Julietta declined and told her to just use purple shampoo. When I called the salon to convey the hair color will cause my daughter UCMJ action, Julietta interrupted me several times, called my daughter a liar, and used quite a condescending tone with me. Obviously, we don't want to have anything further to do with her or this salon, so my daughter is spending yet another fee + tip elsewhere to have the corrections made. I don't know about the other hair dressers there, but I'd avoid Julietta's tacky taste, low quality "skills", and her crappy attitude if we're you. Unprofessional!!!

The lights weren't turned on and doors weren't unlocked until 10:20. We go in tell the receptionist we have an appointment at 10. She said there was no record of us having one.. so apparently the person we talked to early in the week never took down our appointment. She says she can fit us in anyways and to come back at 11, we come back, she says to come back at 12, we come back she says to come back at 1... we were ready to leave and never come back the first time but we were set on getting our hair done that day. They are finally ready to see us and things started to look up when we had a good hairdresser who was friendly and outgoing but then (once again!) things started to go poorly.. the hairdresser double charged me on my card.. so instead of paying 35 like in intended I ended up getting charged with 65... I overall had a terrible experience with Vivid Bronze.
