The rent was reasonable, we never had any major problems with neighbors, the common areas were nice and well kept, the management was friendly and helpful, and when we broke our lease early to move out of state, they didn't charge us as much as they could have. I did a lot of research on The Bridges, as well as other apartment complexes in the area, and from what I found, this place seemed to be the best by far in price, safety, service, and quality. It's further out than most places, but that just meant my drive to downtown Sherman was eight minutes instead of two minutes. No biggie. I think what we liked most was the space. We had a two-bedroom apartment, which had more than enough space for my wife and I. In fact, I would call it huge. The appliances were all nice and new, there was plenty of cabinet space, and there was always more than enough parking.
