On the day of them coming out to our property they arrived on-time and finished quickly, and then were fast to respond to all questions we had during the follow-up process of creating our property's topographic map. Now they're trying to charge us more, or not complete the job as originally requested. Originally we requested an as-built easement 5ft on each side for a new waterline and mentioned we had a trace wire that could be used to get the exact location. Instead they created a much wider easement on my property than I previously had. I've emailed several times to remedy because any time I call I can't get a hold of Joe.
