My visit was amazing from the time I booked until the procedure was complete. I booked over the phone and the customer service was top tier. Dr P. Was very patient with me and considered my pain levels at all times during my visit. I even received a phone call the next day checking on my pain levels from the doctor, which when done is normally done by a receptionist. I had an ingrown toenail removed btw and my pain level is close to gone and it hasn't even been 24 hours. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing podiatry services. read more

The women that work at the front desk is the only good thing about this place. They're very helpful and kind. But, Dr. Burhani is not so good at all. He makes you feel like your a inconvenience to him and doesn't make you feel that he cares AT ALL. And I can never get ahold of the office and when I call in for a medication refill it literally takes me a week of calling the doctors office and pharmacy multiple times to see if it's filled. I asked for a refill 2 days after I ran out and it's still not filled. I was supposed to have Dr. burhani do my surgery but I've probably seen him 4 times in the last 6 months and he never even examines the extremity that's injured. What's even the point of going? Needless to say I'm looking for another orthopedic surgeon. read more

I was introduced to Eastside by the almighty groupon. They are mostly a podiatry clinic (read: foot doctor) but in the back they have a room with a couple of the massaging mani/pedi chairs we all know. Availability was slim due to the offer, but I managed to slide in on a quiet Thursday afternoon. The staff were nice and I appreciated them letting me quietly read while they went to work. I haven't read a book in weeks, so it was a nice change! The only feedback I have is that by calling that section The Foot Spa... I was expecting a more relaxing experience. On Nov. 21, 2019 I meet Dr. Burhani, he examined my foot and diagnosed my pain as heel spurs. Recommended that I start wearing insoles in my shoes. He handed me the insoles and told me to walk around to get use to wearing them. When checking out I was given a return date of Dec. 20, 2019 @ 11:15. The receptionist told me I owe 40.00 for the insoles. I explained that Dr. Burhani didn't tell me that when he gave them to me and I just paid a 40.00 co-pay. I only had 50.00, so now I have 10.00 left. I then asked can I pay when I return on the 20th?She said let me go ask the Dr. Burhani she came back and said he wanted 1/2 today 20.00. I stated I didn't have it. She went back and said he wanted the insoles back. I could get them in 30 days when I return. So I bent down embarrassed and took the insoles out my shoes in front of everyone and gave them back. I'm a senior and on Medicare. Needless to say I won't be returning or referring this foot Dr. to nobody! My foot is still hurting, I'm going to try Fix My Foot! So Cold!! read more

I purchased the groupon Feb 2, 2015, called right away and no availability, I needed a Saturday apt due to my work hours. I was informed they did not have their April schedule yet and would be called as soon as they made it. No one contacted me, it was the end of March now and I called them, I was told they were booked all of April, I had to inform the girl I was promised a call with an April appointment back on Feb 2, she fit me in on April 25th. I received a voice mail at 930 am the day of my appointment with an apology that they were not informed of my appointment and asked me to call them to let them know if I was planning to come. Of course I was! I was in the shower and excited about my "pamper me pedicure" for my son and future dtr in laws wedding shower the following Saturday. I called them back and no answer, i got a voice mail so I left the voice mail saying yes I was coming. I arrived for my appointment greeted by an empty office, empty chairs, and no warm smile or welcome. I signed in and waited a few minutes thinking maybe they were with another customer. After a few minutes I opened the door that leads to patient exam rooms and hollered "Hello, hello, hello is anyone here?" I heard women talking, I thought maybe they ran over in time limit with a customer so I waited another 15 minutes, during that time I tried to call them twice. I left voice mail. Then........I left. Very disappointment as I got dressed up, curled my hair for my very very rare pamper me moment. I drove home knowing there is no opportunity for me to have nice feeling feet after a long time of no pedicure (almost a year) due to finances and several hand surgeries. I am gone 12 hours a day M - F for work and only spoil me moments are far and few between. This was much more important than a pamper me moment, my son and future dtr in laws wedding shower is a week away and I will have no pretty toes for that special day. I'll now wear shoes that cover my feet. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism in leaving a medical front office vacant that long, anyone could have stolen patient records or information or anything for that matter. I would not want my patient information in that office. Sadly they really dropped the ball. I reflected on what a great marketing idea the Physicians had in opening a foot spa and how awesome the idea was to care for people's feet in this way. Bringing foot care/health care in to the public this one was an excellent idea. There is a lack of professionalism, lack of exceptional customer service, lack of respect for a persons time and hopefully my experience will assist them in cleaning/polishing these area's up. I would not recommend this place. Lack of availability and long wait times for appointments, lack of follow up, I had to call them when they failed to call me, lack of professionalism leaving a front office vacant for 20 minutes unattended places medical information at risk. I was referred to this podiatry office by my primary doctor. My initial visit was fine, although they insisted on X-rays despite the reason for my visit being a persistent toenail fungus. I was prescribed an antifungal medication pending a liver function test. The doctor wanted me to come back in to get the script, but I asked them to call it in for me instead, after seeing the bill from my initial visit. It took at least five days and my calling them back twice to get my initial prescription filled (they have real problems finding test results, and no one but the doctor can look them up. They really need a PA.) It was only when I needed a refill that they told me I'd need another liver test, so I went without the medication for 10 days while waiting on an order for the test and then having to call the office several times to get the results. I asked when I got the refill if I'd need another test for my second refill and was told I would. I called the office at 2 o'clock on a Thursday, nine days before my script ran out. The office was closed?! Long story short, someone called me the next day to tell me the doctor was out of the office, and I didn't get an order for the test until the following Monday. After I had the test Tuesday morning and was told the results would take 48 hours I started calling on Thursday. I would call twice more before finally getting the results the following Friday. To top it all off, after having paid my bill from November in January through my HSA, I received a bill today. When I called the billing office there was no answer or voicemail. Every time I think about this place I become livid. read more

DO NOT GO TO FOOT SPA!!! Foot spa was horrible bought a groupon for pamper me pedicure in March I understand groupons don't make much but I usually tip on full price and more than 20% because I understand. Made first appointment mid April (scheduled almost 1 month in advance) then same day 45 minutes before appointment they called and cancelled saying that spa is shut down and waiting for inspection. I understood and rescheduled for May 10th (wanted this done before May 19th because I was going on vacation-reason for purchase) once again same day an hour before when I started driving there I get another call stating inspector did not show at 8AM have to reschedule in June. I got upset and explained the out of town situation and this is the 2nd time they told me sorry and maybe they will offer something like toe design to make up for it. Told me to go ahead and go to another place for pedicure for the trip. Never called back to reschedule. Finally I get here today June 21st for appointment finally because groupon expires end of the month and first I go to pick out polish I see the side of "shellac" polish and asked the price difference for shellac pedicure...told they don't offer shellac for pedicure...then told since I have polish already I have to pay 10$ to remove. It's a small room in a doctors office waste of my time and money....if it was easy to call groupon customer service and not sit on hold for an hour then wait 10 days for refund I would have gotten my money Back a while ago. For all the crap I had to go through to get in they really had to CHARGE 10$ to remove polish?! I wouldn't of had polish in the first place if I would have been able to keep my appointments! DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE VERY UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WOULD RATHER GO TO A WALK IN PLACE! You don't call 45 min-1 hour before appointment and cancel on such short notice. read more
