They did not get my authorization, just did the work and demanded over $200 for the unauthorized repair. Then, they sent one of their "mechanics" to my employer to tell him that it was done. I told them when I dropped the vehicle off that it would be the 20th before I would be able to pick it up. Suddenly now they want a $30 a day "storage fee" that was never disclosed to me when I authorized them to diagnose the issue. Looking at other reviews I'm seeing on Google and Facebook, it looks like fraud is a way of life for them. Well, now the attorney general and BBB are involved. Hope trying to commit $200 in fraud was worth it.

He got my car going once when it quit in New Orleans and I called him and told him what it was doing. He told me what to do to fix it long distance. Said we had got some bad gas and to let it sit overnight, go to a gas station, put a certain kind of gas treatment in it and fill it with high test. That fixed it.
