This laundromat is the best it's open till 1am not 11pm the owner just hasn't updated it for whatever reason. This is the cleanest laundromat i have ever been to and the dryers are insanely fast. This place is awesome. If you need to get some laundry done while visiting Richmond, this is a great location. They have self service washer and dryers or you can drop your stuff off and they will wash for a fee. It is open seven days a week and open till 11pm. They have a lot of washers and dryers for use. They have change machines as well as machines to buy soap and softener and the price is not bad. The lady that works here speaks English and is very helpful in assisting if you have any questions about operating the machines. read more

Clean and efficient machines. Staff are very helpful and they have a coin change machine in case you need more change for your loads.

plaiI consider them to be thieves; plain and simple. Their machines alway malfunction and i have to keep feeding them money. A machine starts then stips and I have to start again by putting money in. Not one machine, but many. In the last two visits i spent twice on wash machines what it should have normaly cost me. I did call then and complain but they do not in any way care. One of their broken washing machines number 14 took my change, would not work and did not give refund back. I called the support line for solution or offer of refunding of the change that the broken machine took, if and when once they investigated the machine. Instead, the female employee/owner gave me the run around arguing with me that it was my mistake that I did no know how to use the machine. When I asked for someone else who would have better understand of the language of what I wanted to express. She obviously could not/did not care to hear what the customer has to say or if they were happy with the service they provided. She hung up on me and refused to pick up the subsequent calls. The following days no one called to follow up, or gave any explanation to the review that I left. This is not the way of conducting business in ANY country. She is obviously the owner.... If you go here, you are taking a chance of losing your money if you end up with a broken machine. Good luck to you of trying to get through to them!! Buyers beware! read more

Our hotel had recommended this place because it was open on a Sunday night until 11pm. The good: - Open at super convenient hours seven days a week - Most of the machines work (you would be surprised how many laundromats that have non-functional machines) - Very close to some of the large hotel chains nearby like the Holiday Inn, Radisson, etc The not so great: - There are some times when the store is unsupervised so if you run out of change and the change machine is broken, you're out of luck! - The store is in a slightly sketchy place so if you're out there late at night, bring a safety buddy - The washers are not the newest (but they do work!) read more

I called around to many laundry/dry cleaning spots in the Richmond area and this was the only one who would invoice me/company I work for. We pay the invoices at the end of month. We drop off 5 uniforms every Friday and pick them up Monday morning with no issues. The price was the best around and the quality is great! read more

This is easily the best laundromat in Richmond. The location is also convenient for visitors staying at the nearby hotels. There are lots of washers and dryers so you never have to wait for a machine. All the washing machines are front-loading so there's no need to worry about heavy loads of laundry becoming unbalanced or being able to fit large comforters into the machine. This is a good place to have large items washed. They also have a hydro extractor which spins wet, washed items to extract additional water and decrease drying time. The machine costs $0.75 per load to use. While the laundromat is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm daily, it's best to go while there's an attendant on duty in case you have problems with any of the machines. An attendant is on duty from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Monday to Saturday and from 9:30am to 2:00pm on Sunday. There is no attendant on holidays. read more

Very helpful english speaking staff that helped me during my first time at a laundromat. They charge $1 a pound for drop off service and clothes came nicely folded and sorted. They also have drop off and pick up sundays. I also used the machines a couple times and when I had an issue with one they helped me right away. Make sure you bring your own soap, though, at $.75 a load for crappy Tide soap it's better to bring your own. read more
