I usually do my own laundry at easy peasy, but my schedule had been so busy over the past few weeks that I had a huge amount and so I decided to use the wash and fold service. Although it's advertised that it closes at 11pm with the last wash at 10pm, this is a freaking lie. At 9:25pm this white lady says they're already closed. But that's not what they advertised? And speaking with another customer outside the store also trying to get his clothes washed, he says this happens regularly. STOP LYING TO CUSTOMERS. Either post accurate hours or stop being lazy. DO NOT GO HERE. FALSE ADVERTISING, just change your hours if you're closed at 9:25pm. It's that's simple. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for six months; this was my very first Sunday day-time. In the past dryers were marked pre-paid when people left their clothes in dryers with time on them or put money in the wrong dryer etc. Every single instance of this-I used the dryer and then put time back on it when I left. I specifically asked about this the very first time I was there & the original post-it was not supposed to be there as people had been doing that as a way of 'reserving' machines;which they aren't supposed to do. Its first come first serve or they can pay for laundry service. So I was told if I see that to disregard because its against policy. I, however, fully understanding that timing is a valuable thing in life chose to use the dryers,and then put more time on them when I was done. So the dryers usually had 24 minutes on them-thats usual not enough so I always bought 32 minutes and used another 5-is usually all it took. This leaves the dryer with 27 minutes normally but I never-ever left the dryer with less time than was on there when I got to it! I didn't feel the need to turn someone in for violating policies & I never left the parking lot&not once has the original person who attempted to reserve the machine needed it before I was done. Today-I did the exact same thing I've done in the evenings- multiple times in the last 6 months-only today there was a big heavy set man there.  He was super nice when I got there. I had pre-loaded my account & was going to prewash the giant washer-he offered to do it for me cause there was obvious animal hair in it; a violation of their policies as well-which was why I used Easy Peasy. When I came back in to change my clothes over to the dryer my basket had been removed so I asked which area the un-used ones were in. I know@night they're the ones by the door;that means they've been corrected, cleaned&ready to be used. I known this may be done differently during the day-so I asked! The same man handed me one,asked if I needed 2-I declined&said I'd make a few trips-I dont need to hoarding baskets&thanked him. I put my laundru in the dryers. It was a meticulous process&NOT slow-he had to see me doing it!I chose to use one marked pre-paid written in red on a yellow post-it-note that had 24 minutes on it-after walking around amd not a SINGLE washing machine was set to be done for less than 20 minutes.  None of the other upper dryers were open.. I have ankylosing spondylitis&less than 10% disks in my back,so bending over to a bottom dryer&stretching out to pull out clothes is excruciating. Despite that I still thought reserving machines in this manner was against policies; I am not the laundry police & I do understand the reasons people do it! I would rather take my styff out@20 minutes from an upper dryer&allow the person who had reserved the machine to have it back than to bend in&out of a lower dryer!So like normal I set my stopwatch on my phone for 15 mins&went to my car & sat in the A/C because despite having A/C the sliding door@Easy Peasy makes it rather ineffective! Id been in my car for 7 mins when the heavy set male employee came to the front windshield-I was in the 3rd from the door parking spot-he held up a striped wallet of some kind asking if it was mine;I said no-not mine& he went to the next car. SO HE KNEW I HAD NOT LEFT. My alarm goes off&I go in to find the clothes already removed from the dryer&a completely different personality coming from this man than he had displayed up until 7 minutes prior. He started yelling belligerently@me for 'stealing'&to 'get your shit &never come back!" I finally figured out he was talking about the pre-paid dryer& I tried to explain that is how I'd done it in the past&he wouldn't even listen. Said he's the only one there yet I've NEVER seen him;I've seen the same middle aged lady & teenage girl EVERY time I've been there! Then he says his wife is the lady-to which I immediately felt so sorry for her.. He then said "There was a post-it note that said: "pre-paid by customer DO NOT USE! who does that? Who uses a dryer marked reserved that clearly has someone else's money in it?"*he practically screamed this & everyone was looking!*he answered his own question&continued to belittle me w/ his closed minded assumptions refusing to even let me talk or respond. He tried to lie&say he asked me to pay but I just left(he just asked me about the wallet)&continued to display ZERO lack of emotional intelligence or humility! When I finally got loud&interruptive right back@him&asked him when he asked me to pay he says "I really hoped it wasn't a woman who do me like that"!?! WTF does that even mean!?! I told him I still have the post it note so I can prove to you it did NOT say 'by customer' OR 'do not use'. He just got worse. It was like he let someone reserve dryers-which they're not supposed to do&because he had to save face to that person proceeded to publicly humiliate&disparage me. This place was absolutely amazing! The guy at the cashier actually stopped what he was doing to come help me out with the machines. It's ultra modern so I was still trying to figure it out, but he came right over, set it up and even gave me some degreaser detergent for my oily clothes. FOR FREE! Place was spotless, has a nice little nook to converse and eat if you'd like. I would totally recommend this place to everyone coming through Kingsville. Keep up the good work Easy Peasy! And please DO NOT change personnel, the people currently working there are great for the place. Not like some of these other ones that lazy and disgruntled people. read more

a great place however young lady who works evenings tells people closes earlier than advertised times. Not only that, we went to pick out clothes up at 10:25 knowing they close at 11 and the place was closed! We could see our clothes in the dryer clearly from the door! Very very upset!!!! read more

The automatic doors are so helpful when walking in, carrying my laundry. The laundry room is modern and clean. The machines use touch screen and you have the option of using their app on your phone! There is a designated area for children to watch TV or read a book. They have $1 coffee available behind the counter and a convenient snack machine as well. I was extremely pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this laundromat to anyone needing to wash/dry/fold in a clean, comfortable environment. read more

Easy Peasy Modern Laundry really helped me out with my huge heavy comforters and extra padded king size mattress pad! These would take up half the day to freshen up three bedrooms and they offered a one day service that was WOW fantastic! Everything was so clean and fresh and ready for more guests the following week. But in addition the facility is so clean and fresh it would be no problem to relax there as well with all the amenities they have for customers if you prefer to do your own laundry. read more
