Went to store to find something for my generator and the short size employee response after I asked what I was looking for in a very rude tone was "buy a Honda and not those other cheap generators!" Will never go to this store again. Hope this review will also guide others to stay away. read more

I originally had a problem with the manager but after speaking to the owner all problems were resolved. They paid extra attention to my mower and pointed out what caused the problem water in fuel. Purchased a Cub Cadet tractor from them more than a year ago and have had no problems with the machine. They offer an off-season checkup for the mowers purchased from them. They picked up the mower, verified proper operation, performed an oil change and lubricated as required. I have also recently had a self-propelled mower that I purchased from a friend serviced. I have always found the the people there to be very competent and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. read more

I had my lawn mower serviced there on March 21, 2020, it took them a month to repair it. I paid for a new blade and complete tune-up. When I got it back, it still took several passes to cut my Bahia grass, I figured it was due to the dry weather, and paid no attention. I've cut the grass maybe 4 times the most, since my mother was in and out of the hospitals before she died on July 6th. Last week, I went to mow the grass and heard a clanking sound when I pulled to cord, so I lifted the mower and checked. The blade was old and had holes in it, with ragged edges! It obviously was never changed! I called, and was told they would get it in next week. Today, I called the blade is in, but I would have to install it myself! I tried to dispute that, and the manager said "just forget it" and hung up the phone! I would NOT recommend this company! read more

Do yourself a favor and SAY AWAY from this place, new ownership, same old rude employees. I spent over $300 for a Stihl weed eater and was concerned about having to load the head with a new cord once empty. The counter sales told me, no worries if you have an issue just come back and we will help you.. Well, I did that today at 4:35 and had the unfortunate opportunity to meet Tracy, who dragged himself away from the computer monitor in the office to VERY RELUCTANTLY come to the counter. How can I help you? I said I need help I can't seem to load this head, and I also broke a part which I need to buy a replacement, can you help? Tracy who clearly HATES his job, responded with, what do you mean you can't load the hard? I said I have never been able to do it right.. Mr I hate customers, well I can sell you a new head? I said I don't need a head I just need help getting this loaded.. Well, come back tomorrow my mechanic is gone for the day. A MECHANIC to show a customer how to put the new string in the head of a STHIL weed trimmer, that they sell every day??? I am quite certain he has done it. I said I needed it today... His response was, what do you want me to do? My mechanic is gone. I said well I need this part, do you have one of these? Yes, and he wanders back in the parts room, complaining and yelling the entire time.. He comes back and says, I don't have one. I said LOOK I bought this from you guys and I was told to bring it back if I had issues and someone would help me. What do you want me to do about it he states, my mechanic is not here and I don't know anything about it. I asked for the owner's name, and he told me Tracy and don't forget it. That's ok, I will file a complaint with STIHL and make my next stop Ace Hardware, or ANY place that has employees that do not think the customer is a bother. Don't walk away RUN, there are plenty of places that still respect the customer. read more

Bought my lawn tractor from them brand new. They called me the following year they were have a half price sale on yearly service. They picked the the tractor up. I had them put a new sand blade on it. When they brought it back the price was $287. Wow. They called the following year for the 50% off yearly service. I told the girl not if it was going to cost $287 like the year before. She assured me it wouldn't. I kept asking her so $130.00 with pickup and delivery. She said yes. When I got the tractor back the bill was $301.00. When I called her on it she laughed at me saying the price was only for labor not parts. When I told her you didn't say that again she laughed at me and said I should have known that. Easy Wheels did contact me and apologized for any misunderstandings. They did offer me a resolution that was acceptable. I did feel bad about what happened because Stan The owner is a very nice man. read more

Great people! We had an issue with our brand new generator and they got us in quickly and fixed it. The parts took a bit to come in but that isn't their fault and, thankfully, we weren't in a hurry to have it back. The employees that we dealt with were super friendly! They even let us store our trailer there (POA and we can't store it at our home) until our generator was repaired. read more
