My family has been with Banking with Regions for years my family had always had great service until the rude manager at Chelsea branch. I had an account with Regions for about 8 years. And they closed out of nowhere claims early warning report issue, which I have no knowledge of and, upon trying to open new account it's always a day later they say that I can't open an account after already received a debit card and 2 small legitimate transactions. So stay far away from Chelsea branch unless they get new better manager and management. I'm also on SSI and this could also affect me being able to buy food etc. I'm disabled and can't be without a working bank account so I will definitely be banking elsewhere. Chime and capital one has been great for my other accounts. So regions is pretty bad as of lately,
