The receptionists have always been a bit on the crusty side but they have gotten worse. It takes multiple phone calls over several months to get help with questions from previous years fillings. Everyone I have recommended to go there has noticed a change as well and are not happy. They have also found other tax professionals that are less expensive and more willing to help. I have heard certain accountants talk down and very disrespectful to clients, especially Darlene. I have also been talked to as if I couldn't comprehend what they were saying. The CD market isn't as high as it was a year ago. To find a CD comparable to the matured one, we had to select 16 months versus 12 months. The interest rate wasn't as high as last year. Doesn't make sense since the stock market is high. We reinvested for 16 months.
