I, myself, just wanted to ask a few questions and get some starter advice and they scheduled me a meeting within two days! We just sat there and chatted up about what I was looking to do, what my first steps would be and what they could actually help me with. The guy who helped me was a nice older gentleman who was friendly and didn't make me feel dumb--because I know very little about running a business in Sweden (which, I was a little afraid of.) You really don't have to be anyone special to take advantage of this service. It's probably sounds very American of me to think it's great that any nobody can be a somebody here, but isn't that awesome!? I was sitting in the waiting lobby and saw that a lot of start-ups I actually know of were in a success story pamphlet sitting on the table. Plenty of meeting rooms and open spaces to hang out and also plenty of decent coffee machines :-) Easy to get to by public transport or driving. Plenty of food options in the neighbourhood for lunch and there is a half decent cafeteria at the bottom of the building itself.
