Not super heavy imo and very flavorful. I was full! The fries had a nice seasoning on it and the hummus was fantastic! A generous portion too. I also got a side of falafels. Two of them. It's a tad pricey but absolutely worth it. The food is always warm, fresh, and insanely delicious! I've ordered everything from shawarma, kebob, various fries, falafel, stuffed grape leaves, and gyro. EVERYTHING is great. They season everything perfectly and it's a lot of food! My favorites: chicken shawarma, falafel, greek fries, and stuffed grape leaves. I also highly recommend getting the spicy feta dip OMG. Easily some of the best Greek food I've ever had. We've been twice now, and the service is excellent, very friendly, and the food is consistent. The gyro pita is great, loaded with toppings, and the hummus plates are also a great choice if you're looking to avoid bread. The prices are also great, service is very fast. A huge fan of Eat Greek Express near my house, I went to Eat Greek - Dublin only to be disappointed. They were supposed to open at 11a. There were another patron and I there about 11:20a and their front door was still locked. I called and asked if they were open and the girl came and opened the door. I wish I would have not called and went somewhere else. I ordered the gyro combo and upgraded to the Greek fries. They did give me a lot of Greek fries. However, they were not cooked very well. My gyro meat was cold and not very appetizing. While I was waiting on my food the girl taking our orders and prepping some of the food kept coughing. I am sure she was fine but it wasn't very appetizing and then to get cold food on top of it just made me sad. There is seating inside. Being lunch I took my order to go after hearing her keep coughing. It was still early so their meat might not have been heated for the day, but this location is nowhere near the quality that I get at the Eat Greek closer to me. read more

The menu offers a large selection of filling, satisfying and healthy options that are sure to please. They have a full menu available but my recommendation is to try their three course lunch special ($9.99) for the best value. You simply pick your appetizer, entrée and side and it's made to order in their open kitchen and then brought out to your table. I opted for the Hummus, Chicken Shawarma plate and some of their delicious Lemon Chicken Soup. Just look at the photos... So much food! I got about twice the amount I would have expected for the price. Not only were the portions impressive but I was also particularly impressed with how flavorful and perfectly seasoned everything was. My lunch companion, Anna H. got the falafel bowl with rice. which she was good with even though she said it was a little dry. First time at this location - I have been to the Polaris for lunch a few years ago. This one is closer to home, and I met Mike G for lunch during the week. It's a small dining space, and we were seating immediately. There were a few carryout customers during the time we were here. We asked for water to drink and were given water in paper cups, with lids and straws, so I guess they don't have other dine-in cups or glasses. There is a $10 3-course lunch available, but I had my eye on the Falafel Bowl with rice. Very good, and comes with roasted zucchini and carrots. The carrots were a bit crunchy for my taste, and the falafel wasn't as moist as I like, but I enjoyed the meal and would get it again. I asked for a 2nd cup of the delicious house sauce. Stopped by because of the great Yelp reviews and was a little hesitant as there weren't a ton of reviews / hadn't heard much about this place before but definitely met my expectations. Our food was presented beautifully ( I was too hungry to take pics) and everything is fresh! This place has the BEST gyro I've RVER had the lamb is seasoned perfectly not greasy and so tender.
