This surgery is great. They are located really close to my house and provide a 24 hour emergency service. Dr Allen and Nurse Chris are lovely and will help any stressed out little pet feel at ease (and their owner/s too of course). The surgery is set among beautiful gardens and is hard to miss as it features a gigantic dinosaur at the front gates. The surgery offers a very wide range of services including Puppy Preschool and a washing and grooming service. Although Dr Allen can come across as quiet or blunt, he really does care for animals. I've been taking all my family pets there for over 10 years, and they've always treated them with care and respect. When my family dog had to be put down, Dr Allen suggested we do so on the grass outside so she didn't become distressed or upset during her last moments. And after any of our pets have passed away, we've received a condolences card in mail from Allen.
