I'd also like to comment on Marcus as a person. He is extremely personable, patient, resourceful, dynamic, helpful, and kind. I say this because I hired the man for the job in December 2023 and the job got delayed until mid April 2024! Big 5 was having a sale on ping pong tables $149 (for my new Short Term Vacation Rental "game room" in Temecula Wine Country) ends Oct 2, 2021. But I live in San Diego. Big 5 said I could not pay on the phone, and I could not go to San Diego Big 5 to pay in person for ping ping table for pick up in Temecula. So to spare me having to drive 1.5 hours to Temecula just to pay for the ping pong table, Marcus volunteered to go To Temecula Parkway and Butterfield Stage Rd store to buy it for me and delivery it to my Temecula house which is 9.3 miles from store, for $75. It was a very fair price and I got other bids for this job, through Yelp quotes, for as much as $215. Also Marcus was available right away. He does landscape cleanup too, house cleaning, tree trimming, and has contacts for other jobs I need, such as handyman. For my little $75 job (Marcus said "No job too small"), Marcus was very good at keeping in touch, and sent me pictures of the ping pong table with receipt, in my garage. I paid him right then and there thru his PayPal Merchant Account. So here are photos of the ping pong table in my garage. Marcus has 7 sons who help him in his business. You can see some of them working in Marcus' photos on Yelp. One of his sons accompanied him to deliver my ping pong table to my house. When I find my used pool table at a seller's private residence, I am going to hire Marcus to transport it for me. Otherwise I got quoted by pool table dealers, they charge $450 but that price includes setting up and leveling the table. I am also going to use Marcus for tenant vacancy trash hauling and other clean up at my rental property in Moreno Valley, which Marcus has no problem going there (Marcus and his wife live in Murrietta).
