I came to ask the girl at the front desk, she said no public restroom (?!) People, I just literally checked out. You can keep the restroom and all the shoes for yourselves. Customer service is a mess here. They used to have some good staffs and lost them. The shoes no long look that good, neither the price. You can get the same thing for much cheaper online or at the brand store. (Eg., Cole Haan for $100 at DSW but only $79.99 on Amazon or $85 at Cole Haan store in Assembly). Bye.

I went in wanting to buy some designer glasses and another customer was already running around the store trying to get someone to open the cases to try on some glasses. Once she found help for us, I asked if I could try a couple on too. I was told by the sales associate that only one person at a time can be helped. Fine. I waited for another 10 minutes for the other client to choose which glasses she would buy. The sales associate then told me she had to go help them at the register and needed to find the cases for the glasses too. Another 15 minutes went by. At that point I just left. They're clearly not interested in making a sale. Such a shame because before this lock up situation, I used to buy all my glasses from this location. Looks like I'll need to find another store.

There is nothing I hate worse than sneaker resellers! These bot-using parasites infect sneaker drops and leave shoe-loving sneakerheads frustrated and stinging with losses on release day. This is listed as a consignment shop ... but everything is brand new. The Yeezys in the window, the Jordan I in the display cases and the clothing scattered throughout. All new, all allocated and hard to find ... all about 400% above retail prices. My question is ... why would I shop here if I could find the same (or lower) price at StockX ... at least be guaranteed that the shoes I buy on GOAT are genuine (fakes are getting much harder to detect) ... and this place, like websites, does not allow you to try on the shoes before you buy them? Overall, this store just doesn't make sense to me. Especially in Burlington Mall. I hate the concept of glorifying resellers ... and in LA, the high end sneaker shops at least wrap their shoes in shrink wrap to protect them. Here, they're out exposed to dust, bottoms touching shelves, etc.
