really nice people to deal with but thats it started a building project (loft conversion) agreed terms and cost and duration build was never completed and what was done was not off a high standard me are now almost 12 months later having to find funds and people to correct and complete what can only be described as the mess left behind mistakes made by planners not spotted and i was left to cover these cost waited 6 months for them to come to finish the project gave them the house for a week to complete just not sure what else to say hopefully others have a better experience than myself read more
