I went to this location weeks ago for my TSA renewal and they told me they couldn't do anything because their computers were down - and had been down for weeks! Yet, their website let you make an appointment! My wife went to same location with an appointment for finger printing for a job and the door was locked. Finally, a lady came to the door and was EXTREMELY rude and said, "Can't y'all read the sign!?!?!" Here's the issue -- RUDE LADY asked if we can read the sign. ANSWER - Yes. Sign is dated August 10 and says, IDENTOGO is closed today due to technical difficulties. It also says to call customer service to reschedule or go online to make the appointment. The issue with all that is my wife made the appointment TODAY (post August 10), so their reservation system is as jacked up as everything else connected with IdentoGO. STAY AWAY!! Ask your potential employer for an alternative, if possible. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION - IT WILL NOT BE WORTH IT!
