It always bums me out to write a bad review about a small, local business, but I have to be honest about my experience with them as I had a similar experience to other low reviews here. Sent a quote request for a yard cleanup and bi-weekly upkeep to a few different own care companies, and they were the fastest to reply. They came out the next day, gave me a great price, and we scheduled the cleanup. They were late the first day they came, but we understood that things happen and didn't mind too much. I would describe the service they provided as "fine." They didn't do everything they needed to do, and when I asked them about the stuff that still needed to be taken care of, they said they'd come back to to finish it. That didn't happen - they just came back to provide the regular maintenance. They came a few more times, but each time it seemed they forgot something (no weed pulling, no trimming of the bushes, leaving bramble behind, etc). I really got the sense that they didn't care about providing the service; that was confirmed when they stopped showing up. We never had a conversation about it...they just completely ghosted us. I tried reaching out to them, but it was radio silence. Something else that made me incredibly uncomfortable is that they don't offer invoices. They just want payment through Venmo. As other people have said, this business can be unprofessional. My advice would be to pay a bit more somewhere else for more reliable service and communication. read more

Messaged to get a quote, in which they were fast to respond and I greatly appreciated. We agreed on a day and time they would show up for a quote, but they never came. I messaged later that same day to see if they were still coming out, because I had intentionally stayed home to make sure I could be there when they came, but they never replied. I followed up with a message later in the week in which they asked for my address again and I gave it to them, but again did not hear back. I'm honestly disappointed that they agreed on a time to show up and then completely left me hanging. And then for me to put in extra effort to reach out again just to have them ignore shows me they aren't too serious about new business nor the time and energy from potential customers. read more

Our backyard was ready for its annual deep clean to get rid of the Oregon winter residue and naturally I called Emiliano to assist. We had been very pleased with his team before and were just as impressed this time. They came out for an estimate, offered to do the job the same day (unfortunately our schedule would not allow). We scheduled them to come the following day. The crew arrived on time, got straight to work, and were finished in under two hours. They cleaned up weeds/vines and pressure washed our pavers/fencing. I posted a bunch of pictures about how happy I was with the service. However, the follow up maintenance is terrible. I would give it 0 stars if I could. They came and did my cleanup. I paid a lot of money. Which I knew I would. They were supposed to come back monthly for maintenance. The first month went by. About 6 weeks in I emailed and asked if they were coming. They came a few days later. But now it's been almost 2 months since that, and nothing. I emailed and haven't gotten a response. So now I'm back to where I was before the cleanup. So if you want to spend a lot of money on a cleanup and not get any maintenance, go ahead. But I don't recommend it. Because they won't come back and you will have to spend more money. I'm not sure why I have to call and email to get someone to come and do the work you said you would. It's too frustrating. I shouldn't have to remind you to do the work you said you would. read more

I really wanted this to work out. Nice guys who did a major clean out at our rental property in November, 2021. Agreement to continue monthly maintenance at a reasonable price which went relatively smoothly until April when they stopped responding to my inquiries about when they were coming by. I gave them several weeks to return my text or confirm when they were returning - but received no response. Now I'm back to the beginning as everything became overgrown and I'm forking over another $3000 to another landscaping business to get the yard back into shape. They also repeatedly ignored my request to give me 24 hours advanced notice so that I could inform tenant. When they showed up they did great work for a great price. They worked with me and I liked them so much we had them do a French drain down our steep driveway too. All finished in two days. This company is extremely unprofessional, unreliable and rude. Called to confirm my appointment multiple times, got sent to voicemail, never answered or just blew me off. Consistently had no one show up on time. Whoever answers the phones is rude, unresponsive and has zero regard for anyone but himself. Consistently lied about when people were to show up, answered the phone saying "sup" and never got back to you like he stated he would. I had a major yard cleanup project, we hadn't been able to work on our yards for over a year and we had a ton of overgrowth as well as a huge blackberry patch taking over half of our backyard. Emiliano was quick, responsive and willing to work within my budget. He an his team did an amazing job and got it all done in one day, which I would have told you was impossible before I saw it with my own eyes. They even managed to save our roses, which were all tangled up with the blackberries! I've had several neighbors complimenting the work and asking for his number. I'm updating my review again...service when downhill. Yard became overgrown asked for it to me redone. I was told someone would come out on a specific day and no one showed. By the time he got back to me it was regular service day. They trimmed a few more bushes but disregarded my request for trees to be pruned and all the overgrown bushes cut back. I had to pay another company 275$ to come do another clean up. I'm not sure what happened but hope their service improves for other customers. read more

I had Emiliano out for a quote of my yard. I basically just told him, "remove all of this dirt and weeds and put some gravel in." Other than asking if I needed weed liner he told me not to worry about it. I had them clean up the rest of the yard too, with little direction other than bark dust around edges. I had a great experience with these guys. They were responsive, fast, thorough, friendly, and left the place without a stray leaf. I needed an extensive cleanup and trimming of a property with no grass but a lot of dense garden, and it looks as neat and tidy as it ever has. Two things to keep in mind: They are very fast and very good, which means they are not cheap. And the team that came to my house included no one who was truly fluent in English, and I have no Spanish, so communication required patience on both sides. I will be using them going forward and scheduling ongoing maintenance. Their work was flawless and I appreciated that I could pay them instantly via PayPal. Makes things so easy! For the reviews that say they aren't reliable on ongoing maintenance- I think that you need to be flexible on scheduled maintenance and know that your biweekly or monthly lawn mowing isn't bringing in a lot of revenue for them and that you need to be flexible on timing and just pay via PayPal or leave a check-so you don't even need to be there. read more

We called Emiliano for a quote and he came out the same night. The yard was in need of a complete cleanup and removal of derby. I was quoted a very fair price for the work. It took their crew two days of work to complete the cleanup. They were fast and the yard looks better than when the house was purchased. They did such a great job we signed up for their bi monthly yard service. They do both front and back for $110.00 per month. That includes two visits per month front and back yards serviced. We had decided that we needed routine lawn care for our front and side yard. We had about five different landscaping/yard businesses come out to give us quotes and ideas. Emiliano's quote to get us started was quite high at $675 but then he said they would maintain the work for a monthly fee of $110. He said they would be able to come out at least twice a month and would fertilize, maintain and keep up work. We thought that even with the high initial cost this would balance out as he seemed like they would really go above and beyond for their clientele and we thought Emiliano seemed like a good guy. So we hired them. They said they were going to come on a Wednesday to do the initial job. At the end of my work day Monday they text me and said they had been at my house on that day to do the work. Which was fine but in hindsight it was strange they didn't ask or tell me prior to working at my place. Emiliano said they were going to come back Tuesday to finish the job. They didn't come Tuesday and didn't communicate otherwise. However, we thought that they did a decent job Monday and so we didn't question it and paid them the $675. A few weeks go by and we haven't seen or heard from Emiliano or his crew. We text to see what is going on and then a few days later they send someone out who does a terrible job with very little of anything. Because we are easy going (I'm realizing too much so) we thought maybe they were coming later or what not. Weeks pass. Still nothing. My yard that I just sunk nearly $700 on has gone to pot again. We text, call, nothing. Emiliano finally answers to say he doesn't know why nobody has been to our home for maintenance and is going to get to research the situation and will get back to us the following day. Nothing. More days pass nothing. We send text inquiring what is going on and that we want a resolution or at least communication. I don't know what happened here, but this business doesn't communicate or follow-through. We feel taken advantage of as we paid that initial high fee with the promise of continued maintenance. We NEVER would have hired them if we thought they weren't going to follow through with the maintenance of our yard. It is important to give your customers what you promise or agree to, or if something crazy pops up communicate! It's that simple. We would not recommend this business to anyone. Our lesson in this is we need to have a signed contract before hiring on a landscaping crew. Who would of thought it!? Totally disappointing and frustrating experience! read more

I can't tell you how wonderful this group is. I called about 8 o'clock in the morning they sent some somebody out to do an estimate and said if I like the estimate they could do the work right now. The estimate was great and I even had them clean my gutters additionally. They trimmed trees bushes did so much cleanup most of it was mine they didn't even create it. Water is actually running out of my gutters now instead of off the side of the house. Absolutely outstanding work and so ,so nice people. I highly recommend. Emilliano seemed great at first. He responded quickly to my needs, and then had a crew out the same day for a yard cleanup and some pressure washing. I was impressed with the work, his price, and his responsiveness, so I hired him to do regular ongoing maintenance. After that, it was like pulling teeth to get in touch with him to schedule the maintenance. Almost 2 months went by between the yard cleanup and the first maintenance, which meant that a lot of what he did in the cleanup now needs re-doing. All this despite my having paid upfront for the first month's maintenance. Getting him to do the second maintenance appointment was even worse. He was a no-show on several occasions, and ultimately, he let 3 weeks go by between maintenance appointments (the grass was getting unruly by then since it's late April), and then did a poor job. He is currently a no-show for delivering some mulch, but it's OK as I've moved on. I understand that lawn maintenance services are busy this time of year, but there's still no excuse for this kind of a customer-service experience. I also see that others on here have had similar experiences to my own regarding no-shows and poor communication. We do have a large back lawn which they thatched, aerated, reseeded and trimmed the corners.
