It's amazing how these people will just blatantly ignore your emails. They blundered a $60,000 loan payoff check, made the customer rectify their error, and just refused to respond to the issue. They will be refunding me my out-of-pocket expense to ship their check, or I'll be seeing them soon in small claims court.
